The owner Steve and his drivers are professional. My wife put an order for an oil delivery on 1/2 and we got a reply that they would not be out until 1/7. With it being extra cold out our supply started diminishing faster than expected and I called the emergency line on 1/4. I was told someone would call me to get a delivery earlier. I received no call. So we waited and crossed our fingers we wouldn’t run out before Monday 1/6. No one came and we didn’t get a phone call from anyone. We decided to just wait for the actual delivery date of 1/7 (at this time our oil supply is literally on the empty line but we still have heat/ hot water thankfully). Around 2:30pm I called again and was told someone is “definitely coming out” and “if anything changes they will call” and they will be delivering “all day and night”. So I wait because I don’t like to bother people and I know it’s been cold out. But now it’s 1/8 and I called again this morning to be told the same thing “someone will call” and that “we will definitely be getting a delivery today.” This is ridiculous and unprofessional and we will never be using this company again. We’ve never had an issue even in the dead of winter getting an oil delivery before.

I would avoid doing business with this company. I ordered oil on 1/6 and didn’t receive it until 1/14 despite the fact that they charged my credit card and said I would receive the oil by1/9. It took many phone calls before I received a response. I understand things can go wrong in any business that would delay delivery but this company failed to respond in a timely manner. I came close to running out of oil.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR OIL!
Called and left message with answering service. Melanie from Omni called back and said they could deliver by the 16th and would be in contact about delivery. No call or voicemail, received a failed delivery ticket in my mail box when I got my mail on 1/16. Called to discuss, got answering service who I asked to have Omni CALL me and then received below TEXT from Melanie.
Bad communication, not worth your time. Too many other companies out there!

Omni Energy is an excellent all around Oil Company. I have been a customer since 2017 and have had nothing but excellent service. Piece of mind knowing my oil will be delivered on-time and my furnace serviced by a very reputable company is priceless. They are the best Oil Company I’ve ever dealt with, from the office staff to delivery, they are genuinely helpful, courteous and trustworthy.
