Mike was extremely polite and courteous. He was very patient and informative, keeping me abreast step by step as well . As a senior citizen that speaks volumes. Mike also informed me of some maintenance needs and perks going forward that would be at an advantage for me. His assistant was very attentive and polite as well.

Omni put in heat pumps for us this summer, and this winter they offered to come out to adjust some of the settings to make heating our house more cost efficient. They came out when they were scheduled and took 10 minutes to change settings in an attempt to save us money. Not only do they do good work, but they have a conscience! Wish more companies were like them.

We had our old 1930's boiler and oil tank removed and had a high efficiency boiler/ water heater system and a multi - head mini split system installed by Omni Mechanical Services. I had gotten a few estimates and Omni's was by far based on equipment and price the best deal. Tom, the owner, has put together a great group of technicians. Everything went like clockwork. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Omni Mechanical was recommended to us through a Manufacturers Rep in the New England area. The installation included a new hvac/heat pump system with new ductwork. In addition they also installed 3 Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV’s). As we are a non profit animal rescue group (cats & kittens) air quality is very important. Tom recommended that we install 1 large erv for the main and common areas. In addition Tom also recommended that the 2 exam rooms be isolated and 2 erv’s installed so the air is exchanged separately. We realize this is an investment for the health and comfort of the cats as well as the volunteers that care for them. It took an entire week and a combination of different crews as it was a huge job. Omni has a lot of experience working and installing systems in environments like ours (ie veterinary and animal related organizations) and they certainly demonstrated that during their time with us. They were very sensitive to the cats during installation making sure to minimize their stress levels as they worked near and around them. All of us here at Connecticut Cat Connection are very happy with everything. Omni was GREAT!

Kevin is the best; I appreciate technicians like him who genuinely care about their work and take the time to ensure that the customer is satisfied before moving on. Kevin came out to service our older boiler and could identify parts that needed replacing, saving us thousands of dollars compared to replacing the entire system. Thanks again to Kevin and the Omni team for getting us heat before this cold winter!

WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!!! When I met with Justin for the first time, he was so down to earth, not often to really feel like someone has your best interest in mind, he was so knowledgeable about boiler systems and had me look up what he was telling me, it was a no brainer to move forward with the project, the techs Kevin and Marlon installed my new Boiler with ease, I totally trust them in my house, they felt like family, let’s all celebrate them all.
