Horrible! Stay away from this company! They had me freeze along with my dog at home no heat either an unfinished job. Charged me a horrific amount for a job that was messy and not complete. Had them back for a hearing issue and r they asked me for almost one thousand dollars again! Be careful! Don’t use them as you will regret! Contacted owner, no answer. Manager does not care and does not know client services. Tech is confrontational and rude! Do not use them! Left me in the cold and with an unfinished job! I contacted Hellas in norwalk who said this is a fire hazard for me and the occupants of the home.

OSA did a great job on my AC and new duct work. I highly recommend them for their fair price, quality work and great communication by Josh, the project manager. Josh was very responsive and clearly communicated everything to me. He was at my house three times per day checking in on the crew, making sure things were progressing the way we had discussed and keeping me updated all along the way.

I had a great experience with OSA from the start of of our installation to the end of it. Josh their sales manager kept us informed every step of the way. The owner personally came out the first day of installation and managed the project. The installers were knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I would recommend OSA to anyone who is looking for a heating and cooling system.

Truly a horrific experience with the manager, John. I've never worked with someone so rude and indifferent. Three separate visits had to be made for a simple replacement. For the second scheduled visit I didn't even get a call to say they weren't coming until a half hour AFTER my appointment window and when I asked if we could reschedule for that weekend since we had been waiting on the part for over a week, John's reply was "I don't work on the weekend." The technicians that came out were very friendly and did their job quickly but will never use this company again because of how we were treated. Buyer beware for sure.

If you’re looking for integrity and value, run far away from OSA. A quick peak at their BBB account says it all. It is on good faith that I share that the project manager Joshua Fernandez employs his family members, friends and even creates fake accounts to give false reviews so ratings go up. Read between the BS and do your research before signing anything with these “professionals.” It’s worth saving your money and sanity.

OSA installed my HVAC in 2017 and I felt at the time that they did a good job. I had direct contact with the technician who answered any technical questions I had. The HVAC sprung a leak this month so I asked OSA to come out to look at it. The woman who makes appointments is awful. I tried to tell her when my tenant had availability and she would send an appointment for an entirely different time. Then when the technician came out, he told my tenant that something was installed incorrectly. He ended up replacing our condensate pump and filter ($125 service call, $210 for pump, $15 for filter). When I got the invoice, I had questions about the work...did the technician attempt to clean the condensate pump before replacing it (it was only 4 years old so I wanted to understand why it needed to be replaced so soon), and what was it that was installed incorrectly? The woman who makes appointments called me and basically read what was on the invoice which had no mention of what was installed incorrectly or what was included in the diagnosis that resulted in the pump replacement. I told her that I wanted information on what was installed incorrectly and asked that the technician call me. She said, "That's not going to happen." Perhaps OSA's technicians are good, I'm not really sure. But I won't be using them again, due to this woman's lack of customer service.
