Horrible customer service. We ordered oil. They took over 5 days to deliver and prices had dropped. They delivered the oil with a higher price than they advertise on their own site and conveniently left the deliver date off the receipt! We tried calling all morning to get ahead of the situation and were continuously put on hold and hung up on, when I finally was able to get through they told me “oh well, prices change” and that there is no way possible no one answered the phone ( the 30 min calls are on our call logs)…The girl who answers is one of the rudest people I ever spoke with in my life and sounded like she enjoyed screwing someone over. Absolutely HORRIBLE Service and overcharged loyal customers!! Stay away

Horrible experience with this company. I do not recommend that you do any business with them. The main issues are the disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism from the women who answer the phone, as well as from the technicians who came to the house to provide service. I was appalled by how they spoke to me over the phone on several separate calls. Also, it was not just one individual, it was three different women on multiple calls over a two month period of time. For example, it was constant sarcasm, non-stop interrupting, yelling, rudeness, disrespect, screaming and lastly, hanging up on me. I couldn't believe it. It was like this every time that I spoke to them over the phone. In addition, one of their technicians that they sent to the house to repair the furnace and water heater, was sarcastic and rude the whole time that he was here. I just can't understand how they can treat their customers with such disdain and disrespect. This is retail business with such terrible customer service! I will NEVER deal with Parkway Oil ever again.

Called in for an oil delivery Monday with zero oil left in the tank just getting back from winter break. I asked if there was anyway I could get it earlier than Thursday or figure out a compromise and they didn’t budge. Now have been 3 days without hot water or heat while the temperature drops below 20°F. Relying on space heaters until then. Also they take forever to deliver, I’m aware they are in Stratford but waiting till the last minute to deliver is very aggravating.

Ive been waiting 6 days for oil, I’ve tried to get emergency oil and they denied coming to fill my oil tank up knowing that I have children here who are cold and sick because they had us waiting a week , they tried to tell us they can’t do an emergency fill up until the day they have available which is next week.
It’s a shame I have to wait all this time , and use heaters taking the risk of my house getting on fire because of them!
I have an autistic son who is very sick because of these people not wanting to fill my tank , now my son is sick!
The lady who picked up the phone was very rude and not understanding , I’ve asked to speak to a higher up supervisor and she claimed that there is nobody higher than her, she claims she is the supervisor. These people have no hearts , they care for themself they are very selfish and it’s disgusting.

I switched to Parkway Oil from a larger oil company I was with for years, and I can honestly say this company has been fantastic! They have earned my trust as a company who will do the right thing for the customer, taking into consideration a couple instances where I requested them to void their own company policy to understand my personal situation.
They have the best prices I could find around my area and I find that their technicians are highly knowledgable. Their customer service is fantastic (shout out to Andrea for helping me with those personal instances I referenced).

Parkway is your go to company for oil and all furnace maintenance. They respond promptly for oil deliveries and they usually have the best price. As for furnace repairs, the cost have been reasonable when I did not have a contract. Their contract price is also reasonable compared to their competition. Give them a try and you won't regret it.

Called on Wednesday morning and set up an appointment for oil drop off on that Friday. They matched the price and gave me a great deal. Showed up, driver was very professional and quick. Got my oil, paid cash, and now I’m warm and happy. Will use again.
