Great company. I literally left my old LARGER oil/service provider for them. Previous company I even had an active contract with wouldn't even return my phone calls for a safety issue. When I had an inevitable service emergency Pennywise had amazing Patty who was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to help me and my family before I was with them! After signing the contract, the technicians were shockingly proficient, courteous, and responded quickly to my situation. I couldn't be happier with the results. If I was with my last dismal oil company for nine years, I can only say at this time that I will likely be a lifer with Pennywise.

Jack, Tom, and the team of professionals were exceptional as they recently replaced our 35+ year boiler and installed a new ductless heat/AC unit in a newly renovated space in our home. Pennywise technicians and management have always been extremely responsive over the past 10+ years we've used them for routine maintenance, emergency fix situations or new installations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They Were so Rude on the phone to a family who has been through so much struggle in the past few months. I will never use their company or recommend them. They claim we have a leak in our oil tank, after 1 month of holding a white styrofoam lid under the tank and 3 plumbers looking at it, there is no leak. They refused to deliver to get us through the weekend storm, and followed it with a very rude "you had a month to deal with it", like money grows on trees for a new tank. I strongly advise never using this company due to the pure principal of human decency

I called Pennywise to get a quote for a ductless mini split. I was amazed by the quote that They gave us and to be honest I felt like Jack was going to take care of what we needed. Once we got the quote we waited a very short period and we where booked and paperwork was in. It' was great to get it in right before Christmas!!!

Jack made sure that everything was perfect. He came with a crew of 5 and all of them were very polite and hardworking. This was a big job and they got it done in a day in a half. Again I was impressed. After they finished Jack and Steve took the time and showed me how to work the air system.

I would recommend Jack and Pennywise for the installation of your Ductless mini split. A++
