Owner truly cares about her customers and is always making decisions for the business with us at the forefront of her mind. They have a fabulous selection of the latest house plants, including some rares! Beautiful, little shop with everything a plant fanatic could ever need. Been a customer since they were originally Plants by the Pool and always super impressed with the quality of their plants!

Plants by the village at one time were plants by the Pool - they moved to Mystic Village some years ago and have an amazing collection of plants for the size of the shop! They also have a collection of carnivorous plants, Monica , the owner, has put together several terrariums in her shop- fun to see the carnivores in their environment. Nice friendly environment! It’s worth a look when you’re in the area!

Amazing locally-owned plant shop in the heart of Mystic! Plants By the Village carries common & uncommon plants with very competitive pricing. The plant supplies are really reasonably priced too; terra cotta pots, moss poles, and soil amendments. Definitely worth a visit!

This shop not only lives plants, but people too! They are friendly, knowledgeable and I appreciate their honesty. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and helped me understand the care and l needed to give the plant I choose. What a wonderful little shop! The employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. A great selection of plants of all shapes and sizes. It was nice to see such a unique little shop in the village. Let’s all support small businesses and lift them up.

Literally the best place to buy any kind of plant. We’ve gotten numerous varieties for our business and I’ve purchased many for home as well. The care they put into everything they do is evident the second you walk in. They have endless knowledge that you wouldn’t get from someone if you walked into a big box store. They sell plants, as well as their accessories and other cute knickknacks that if you’re traveling and can’t bring a plant home you can still get merch or other decor. 100/5!
