The entire team of technicians had come out to my home on number of occasions to help rebuild new parts to an old HVAC unit that I could not replace.

Joe, Jose, Adrian and the rest were diligently until they were able to get parts and get my unit up and running. They stuck by me through the many weeks of waiting from the manufacturer to send the parts.

They took apart the entire unit and reassembled as if everything was brand new!

I would truly recommend to anyone who needs assistance with maintenance or a whole new upgrade, or unit from Precise!

Would not recommend. Tech was sent out to service my furnace shortly after arriving he said he found the problem and the parts and labor would be around $1500. I asked which parts needed to be replaced and showed me. Being a educated consumer i questioned how long the job would take and was told less than a hour. So I asked why so expensive? The parts are readily for at home depot for under $300 or at any supply house even cheaper. The tech said that's just our flat rate. I then asked if these parts are the only problem and when installed we should be all set. The tech said we'll we have to start here and it could be another problem also. So I immediately asked the tech to stop what he was doing and I would pay for the service call. Needless to say another tech from a different company found the problem was a thermostat swith which wasn't even the parts the first said said needed to be replaced. At the end of the day the repair cost $279. Moral to the story is do your research be a educated consumer and get a second opinion. If the company doubled the price of the parts and charged $200 for a hour of labor which would of put the bill around $800 I probably would of said do it lol. This place is just over priced and This tech clearly dosen't have the trouble shooting skills. Glad I got a second opinion saved me alot of money

Jose and his team at Precise were great to work with! Had an emergency right before a snowstorm and during a cold spell. If you are looking for a HVAC COMPANY This is the place to go! We reached out to them on New Year’s Eve, This was one of over 10 companies that we called, We had just bought our house and our heating system went down, we were looking for someone to come out and diagnose the problem so we can get it fixed since we had absolutely no heat at the time, Many of the companies we called gave us attitude because we were calling on New Year’s Eve, As if we planned that to be the day that our heating system went down, we left a message for someone to give us a call back and they responded immediately With no attitude Due to the day we were calling, Although the next day was a holiday the owner set up an appointment immediately, Within a day, we had someone at our house, checking the issue and giving us a resolution, Although it took us A few days to make a decision, Once we did, they had someone out ASAP to take care of the job, And because it was a two day job, they even squeezed us in right away for the second half of the job. If that was not excellent service, I don’t know what was. All of their technicians were very professional And kind, I would recommend this company to anyone. Jose was great with communicating With us every time we reached out! Thank you so much for For doing an amazing job! We appreciate all of your hard work!

The technician did a great job!!! He arrived on time and a complete cleaning of the furnace and he was very efficient and done fast! He took pictures of all the work and explained everything he did as well as some suggestions. The price was also more then fair. Again, great job. I couldn't be happier!!A+ service!

Had my water heater pop on a Sunday morning. Precise was able to come out, same day, diagnose the issue for $99 (no emergency fees for Sunday) and they were ready to do the job the very next day. They were in and out in 3 hours, work looks clean and exactly what we discussed. They took care of the old heater no hassle on my part. They give you great text notifications so you know who’s coming to your house and when. Met 3 different members of the team, all were polite, clear in explanation, and professional. Excellent crew I will be contacting them for my needs in the future.
