ProCAM has been indispensable as a partner in my property management work. They’ll tell you they strive to be “Johnny on the Spot” and their success in consistently showing themselves to be precisely that, is what has made this company one of my not-so-secret weapons.

All matters are treated as urgent, emergencies are handled professionally without delay or excuses, and all work completed is high quality at a reasonable cost. I also notice no cost or quality difference in preplanned and quoted work vs. work done in emergency situations that don’t allow for such advance planning. They take care of their people as well as they’ll take care of you, and it shows.

The owner of this company has proven to be very two faced towards my family. My father and the owner were the founders of this company initially, after its conception the now "owner” slighted my father and took ownership of this company due to my father being a recent migrant at the time. This man is now attempting to strong arm my brother from our family home claiming he is an owner of this home after he aided my father in finding our home out of the "kindness" of his heart. This company also avoided paying waste fees by employing the use of other properties waste disposal bins which are not part of the appropriate job in question. Hire this company at your own risk but your morals should come first in my opinion. They are also fraudulently inflating their reviews with friends and family as well as the CEO putting a perfect review, they coincidentally are also the daughter of the owner.

ProCam dealt $1700 worth of damages to my vehicle when their lawn mowers struck a piece of metal and it hit my car with myself, husband and baby inside. My husband took time off work to go get an estimate for the damages done to our vehicle per their request. The auto repair shop provided them with the estimate to get the work done. ProCam has not provided their insurance information or paid for the damages to my vehicle following the estimate provided. Spoke with them over messaging and on the phone and they refuse to fix the issue.
Shady characters and I would NOT recommend doing business in any capacity with them. Extremely poor customer service. If you are a business owner, be wary of them damaging other vehicles or property you own and running off without fixing their mistakes.

EDIT #1: the statement that more work is being quoted for than the damage done is simply untrue and shows a lack of understanding on ProCam’s part to grasp the details of the situation.

In order to fix the two dents (in the front door) that ProCam inflicted, the body shop needs to feather the paint in to blend it into the vehicle. The rear door is included in the estimate ONLY because body shops feather the paint halfway through the rear door as well as the front door to get the paint to blend in better and match colors. This is an industry standard practice.

Again, ProCam is showing a lack of cooperation or goodwill in remediating this issue and so far seems to be giving cop-out answers as to why they won’t pay for their mistakes.

Based on a recommendation from my daughter-in-law we decided to use ProCam to replace a patio, pour 2 new patios and install 300 ft of block retaining wall.
Well like everything else this year we ran into some challenges. There are always going to be challenges but what is important is how the company responds to them. I’m no spring chicken, I have worked with a lot of people and companies and I have never had anyone take ownership in their work like ProCam. There were never any excuses or delays, even issues that were created by a supplier were owned and corrected without pointing fingers. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are happy with the work they have performed before we ever saw a bill. Everyone who was on our property was extremely friendly and professional. I will use ProCam for everything and if they don’t do the work I’m looking for I will ask them if they know someone who does because this is a family/business I trust. I can’t speak about their driving or parking abilities but I didn’t hire them for that so I won’t review them for that.

We had a phenomenal experience with Procam. They removed our old patio and put in a new one. The quality is excellent and the folks were friendly and professional the entire time. They were also very timely, which we appreciated. I highly recommend Procam!
