We hired Quinoco to replace our oil tank. We were replacing the tank because we were having a new basement floor slab poured. The office staff was great at coordinating the separate removal and installation dates around the other work. They even made sure we had provisions for a temporary heat while we were without our oil tank. The onsite crew (Paul and Dave) was very kind, respectful and willing work with me on a few particular requests with the installation.

I've had the pleasure of working with Quinoco for many, many years both for my business and personal HVAC needs. Recently, I needed to have an oil tank replacement and that's an expense you don't want to have but the alternative is an old leaking tank that would be an environmental and homeowners mess when it let go. I started the process with the guys I know over there and it wasn't long that Mike came out, identified the issue, took pictures and decided what needed to be done. Pat, the service manager was right there to help me along the process. The tank had to be replaced in an enclosed area which meant a carpenter to take the wall down and put it back up after the install. It meant new fill and exhaust pipes outside and needless to say, I was nervous about the size of the project and the fact that winter was approaching. Well, Quinoco got it done in one day and the two guys that came out worked hard to make it all right. It was Halloween and temperatures were warm making the job that much easier but I've known Quinoco to be out when the weather is not cooperating. I'm so glad I've been with Quinoco for so many years and my father before me for over 50 years. Some say they are more expensive but I found the oil prices this year less than competitors AND I never have an issue when Quinoco comes out to fix something. Thanks Mike and Pat and the guys who did the install.

We are new customers and were originally scheduled for our first oil burner tuneup in another week. This morning it was 24 degrees and when we arrived at the house and there was no heat. Temperature was down to 40 F inside. We pushed the restart button and black stinky smoke came out. Alex from Quinoco was there quickly and got us up and running.

I was not yet a customer of Quinico as I am a new homeowner. On a Friday evening, after five o”clock, the manager/ owner Jim returned my call, and sent a wonderful technician out to assess my furnace problem.
Aaron diagnosed the issue, and replaced my 1965 thermostat.
On Monday, I again noticed a problem, and Aaron came back that very afternoon.
Quinico could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I plan to have a service contract with them very soon!

We came home from vacation, one of the first cold nights of the season and had no heat I called Quinco the next day and they sent over a delivery. I had half a tank. They filled it the rest of the way and sent out a Dave the service man. What a great guy. Dave quickly went into our furnace room and discovered that our panel wasn’t working, he showed me how he could jump it to start the furnace, but that it wouldn’t automatically start. He felt bad it couldn’t be fixed immediately so we would have heat that evening. He ordered the part came back the next day and fixed it immediately. He was a great guy Quinco has a good employee. Thank you Dave.
