As Chair of the Trustees of the Congregational Church of Salem we had our commercial freezer in our commercial kitchen area quit working causing a mess. I called Meghann, told her it wasn't an emergency and she promised to get someone out the next day. About 2 hours later she called to tell me someone would be there in 15 minutes. Bradley arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem, had the part needed on his service truck and repaired the freezer quickly and efficiently. He explained how to use the new controller and if we had any questions let him know. Very courteous and professional from the first phone call to the repair. We greatly appreciated their quick response and highly recommend these nice people. Thank you RB Kent & Son

I have used RB Kent many times in the past. I called them on a Monday for a service call, and they told me they would come out on a Friday. I called my tenant and made arrangements for us to stop by. The tenant rescheduled appointments, and I left work early and traveled over 45 minutes to meet them. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called the office and spoke with Crystal. She told me: “We had to cancel your appointment due to some HVAC emergencies.” I received no call, no notice, nothing. I made my appointment five days in advance and they NEVER called me to try and make something work or inform me of the situation. Instead, my tenant was inconvenienced by having to switch around appointments for nothing, and I lost income since I left work early and drove 1 1/2 hours round trip to meet them. Since I have Rich’s cell (the owner), I texted to inform him of the situation. After two weeks, I still haven’t received a text back, call back or anything. My father and I have used RB Kent for many MANY years, and it’s a shame that their unprofessionalism ruined a prosperous business relationship.
