Wow, I cant believe that I havent writtwn a review yet! Scott, Tony, and yes Ron are amazing people! They keep my business rolling. I have been a faithful customer with them for the past 10 years and an every now and then stop for 25+ years. Over the past 10 years i have bought a lot of equipment here. The service is great! I've had very few problems with my equipment from here but if something goes wrong, sometimes my fault, they step up and have my equipment ready surprisingly fast! If not i have even been told i can take their equipment until mine is ready! Ron has even sponsored my daughters' school auction! This team is truly amazing!

I've been doing business here for 12 or more years. The customer service has always been excellent. I own 15 mowers that have all been serviced by R&R. Not once has any mower come back for repair after a repair. Top notch service department. Thanks for all you do!

Great company to do business with, always willing to help and stand behind their machines. Years ago I was going to another dealer for parts until they told me "sorry the part has been discontinued". I called R&R in hopes they had old inventory, I spoke with Scott who said yes sorry its been discontinued but let me check on something and call you back. 5 minutes later he called back and said it has been discontinued but here is the new part number that replaces it and that he could have it in by the end of the week. I've been a loyal customer ever since.
