The service was ideal. Michael, the technician, arrived on time, found the trouble right away, and made adjustments quickly while explaining the operation of our heating system. The repair and adjustment worked perfectly. We would definitely call Ray's again.

I can’t believe how awful this company is. I scheduled an appointment for a heater repair when the technician came he told us we need a new blower and when we receive a new blower to call them so he can put it in as soon as the blower arrived I called and I scheduled an appointment for Friday between 3-6 but the technician was a no-show. Fine, things happen, but when I called to follow up, no one answered. I’ve called multiple times and finally someone answered and they told me they will call me back to let me know when the technician is on his way but they never called back. I kept calling for 3 days and they didn’t answer most of the calls and the calls they answered they would tell me someone will call me back but I got zero response. I had to stay over a week with no water and still nothing—no call, no explanation, no apology. This level of customer service is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I’m completely disgusted with how they’ve handled this situation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. And mind you we have a 9 and a 7 years old and I had to take them to the gym for showers, I hope you guys understand how frustrating that was. For your own good stay away from this company, they clearly don’t care about their customers or fulfilling their commitments.

Keshaun stayed very late in order to make sure the job was done well. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ray's Heating and Cooling.
Updating - Mike came out today and did a great job. Professional, obviously likes what he does, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I can't recommend these guys enough. So glad we found them.

I used Ray’s Heating and Cooling to install a mini split unit. Not only were they the best price around they were timely, answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job! Juvens handled most
of the job and was so professional and always had a smile! Asia does an amazing job with scheduling and getting answers to any questions as well and if she doesn't know, she will get Ray on the phone! highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company! $ 5,000 below other estimates!
