We were on vacation in an RV rental and found ourselves in a big mess when an adult moose ran into the driver side of our RV. It blew out our driver side mirrors and drivers side window. Our rental company did not have a replacement or a repairman to offer for a couple days. We did a Google search and found Redline Automotive in Homer Alaska. They were amazing. They were first concern with our safety. Steve told us to come their way to see what they could do to help. They reattached our mirror so the camera worked and got our driver door to open. They also shrink sealed our window so we could make our way safely back to the rental agency in Anchorage. The owners and staff did everything they could do to help make sure we were safe. Redline has been great to me. I had a lot of play in my steering and they got me in and fixed it within just a few days. They could have thrown in some extra charges but since they are an honest business, they let me know the excess parts were not needed. I will continue to use this locally owned business and recommend them to others.

These folks are amazing. Took my car in for a bunch of different repairs. A couple weeks later one of the issues resurfaced (part related). They took it in right away to repair it - no extra charge. Customer for life!

I bring my vehicles to Redline (except my old diesel Ford that goes to CRUZ). Dimitri and Steve and crew do a good job. Maintaining a vehicle is not cheap anymore, but they do a thorough job and notify me of upcoming needs. Staff is positive and friendly. I get notes after about a month of my service via text asking if everything is functioning properly. I appreciate that follow-up. One thing I would like to see on billing is a breakout of labor and parts. Currently there is just a final total. Parts used are listed but not cost for parts and labor broken down.

My car suddenly started acting funny and died. It has been much needed lately to take an ill older family member to doctor’s appointments, and Redline was wonderful and squeezed me right in and replaced my alternator. I really appreciate them doing that for me and my family!
