I can not attest to their plumbing work because it never made it that far. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been frustrating from start to finish. They initially came out promptly to assess the issue and explained he couldn’t provide an exact quote until the wall was opened up (thats fine). I agreed to this and was told he'd reach out to their carpentry contractor and follow up with me.

However, communication quickly broke down. He initially promised to send over a price range based on a very similar job nearby, but I never received it. I called multiple times over w weeks to follow up: the first time, I was told quotes take 7-10 days (i explained he was sending me a price of a job nearby and told I’d have something by the weekend prior). I followed up again 2 more times, only to be given more excuses, and was told I’d get the information within the week. Another week had gone by, and heard nothing.

The lack of follow-up and poor communication have been disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, after getting another company out here to quote me and start working on it, we found out that the month waiting for response from Renshaw made our situation inside the walls worse, increasing the cost to repair due to mold growth. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

I recently had no heat on my second floor and no water coming out of my bathtub faucet. I called and they were there in a day! The young man that came was on time and very knowledgeable of the both problems right away. While he was doing the work, Rich from the office came by to make sure things were going well. I now have the heat fixed and water coming out of the faucet!! Good job, well done Renshaw Plumbing!!! Don't forget to tip them!!! 😉

Woke up this morning to my old water heater leaking and needing replacement. was able to get someone around 8:00a and they had someone to my house within a couple hours. Fast and efficient, very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the person they sent. Will use again and recommend.

Called around for over a year to get a company to service my heating system which runs off our tankless water heater. 10+ companies told me that they wouldn’t service it because they didn’t install the system. Called Renshaw and the owner said they would take us as a customer and work on our system! I was put on the schedule to have all of our mechanical systems serviced which was a great relief to find a on stop shop and to have consistency with maintenance.

Tyler has been out to the house now twice and coming again a third time to finalize a repair job on our central AC and install new thermostats.Tyler has been very professional, punctual, and very direct on what the issues are and what he recommends for repair and service.

I appreciate the level of professionalism Tyler has shown us and will be sticking with Renshaw!

These guys are great! We bought our house in November and have used them since. They have worked on our well system, installed a whole house water system and just today in an emergency and Tyler came out and repaired our air conditioning earlier than scheduled. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

AMAZING SERVICE, RESPONSE & RELIABILITY! I contacted them to see if they could diagnose my Haier HVAC system that stopped working after only 13 months. Even though they weren't the installers, they were out within a day! Unfortunately, the compressor was shot. However, they worked with me and the distributor to help get a new unit installed completely under warranty! The HVAC technician, Tyler is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of his job. He was always professional and on time.
