Katie is the most amazing stylist I’ve literally ever had. She is not only the most genuine and personable person in the world, but is beyond willing to go above and beyond for her clients satisfaction. She makes the entire experience so comfortable and fun. Katie puts her heart and soul into her craft. I can assure you you’re not “just another client in a chair” when you’re working with her. She is beyond talented and truly cares about her clients and wants to know you as a person which makes getting your hair done all the more special. Every time I leave Rhenium I seriously can’t wait to book my next appointment and come back. The entire staff is professional, patient, and kind. I recommend Katie and Rhenium Salon a million times! Every experience I’ve had has been such a privilege. I want everyone to be able to experience it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jacquie at Rhenium Salon in Simsbury, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Jacquie is truly a master of her craft. She took the time to listen to my needs and offered excellent suggestions that suited my style and preferences. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated how she explained each step of the process.

The end result was beyond my expectations! My hair looks and feels amazing, and I've received so many compliments. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. When I walked into Rhenium, Jacquie was so friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable about curls that my worries quickly out the window. I loved my experience at this Salon! The stylist I scheduled with initially was sick that day. The salon gave me the option of having another stylist, or rescheduling. I took the 2nd stylist who turned out to be wonderful. Ashlyn was cheerful and kind - and even did not blink when I told her I had been cutting my own hair and it probably was going to need some major reshaping. That's exactly what she did. I have curly hair, and she was clearly very skilled. I loved my hair immediately and still love it 2 weeks later! This salon has warm and friendly atmosphere, and I left with a couple of free product gifts!! (I love free stuff!) I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this salon and Ashlyn!

I have been going to Rhenium for over a year now and they do such a fantastic job. I always go to Katie for a haircut and balayage and she does such an amazing job. Really takes her time and has a great attention to detail. All the employees at the salon are so kind and friendly. The space itself is beautiful and clean. All the products they use smell great and I believe are all natural products. They even have a really cute shopping area with jewelry and other items.
