Chad Gonzalez and Mitchell Munger along with their crew did an absolutely fantastic job on my roof today. They arrived precisely at 7AM, covered the grounds, and commence work. The crew was well trained and professional. Chad and Mitch explained clearly the roofing process and schedule. Everything went as planned and the roofing was completed around 1PM. Clean up was efficient and all my questions were answered. I would recommend Rhino Back to all my friends

Rhino-Back replaced my roof, siding, and gutters. It was seamless same crew showed up every day on time also cleaned up after themselves. Went out of there way to make sure we are happy. Very professional. Finish the job and had to come back to do final cleanup after the snow and ice. Did not have to call they just showed up. Very happy.

Kirk Nelson, Team manager is the most professional and knowledgeable leader for your roof install. He is so polite and personable and has outstanding communication. The entire process is
coordinated perfectly which makes the planning and paperwork very simple. The Rhinoback's crew were punctual and did an outstanding job installing our beautiful roof. Holy cannoli, Rhino-Back Roofing was easy to work with. Honestly, every single member of their staff was an absolute delight to speak to, and a font of knowledge whenever I had a question. Kellsey and Grace handled all the insurance, financing and scheduling intricacies that would have taken me forever to sort out, and kept me more than informed during the entire run up to installation.

On installation day, my field manager Justin was fantastic. He addressed all my concerns, let me know exactly what was going to happen, and kept me in the loop throughout the day. And I use the term DAY loosely. The entire roofing job took less than 8 HOURS. It typically takes me longer to decide what I want to have for dinner. Completely amazing. There were two small cosmetic (not functional) snags that I missed during our walkthrough, but noticed the next day. Justin was back over the house within 20 minutes, and had the crew back the next morning to take care of it.

Seriously, if you're looking for a roofing company to take care of you, look no further. I don't anticipate needing another roof at any time in the near future, but on the off chance my house is struck by a meteor or rogue comet, I absolutely know who I will be calling to take care of whatever happens to be left of the roof.

Rhino-Back-Roofing just completed a roofing job and they did an excellent job on my roof yesterday. The crew arrived precisely at 7:00 am, then Field Manager Talles arrived shortly after. Manager introduced himself politely to me and went over some paper works with me. As soon as inked the paper, the working crew was at it. They professionally placed their equipments around the house and within a short time the old roof was striped and new roof was on in just a few hours. After finished on top, every garbage and every single nails were cleaned up. Great Job Rhino-Back-Roofing. I must also thank Tammi for working with me on a flexible schedule.

I have been researching local roofers for a year before I unexpectedly met a rep from Rhino-Back Roofers back in May of 2024. I spoke with several members of their staff and was very impressed with their professionalism. I signed a contract agreement with them and I'm glad I did. I received a call from their project manager to set a date and to select a shingle design. On July 10th a dumpster and supplies were delivered. On July 11th two of their field managers, Kirk and Cayla, showed up at 7:30AM with a full crew of 8 employees who went right to work in the hot sun. They stripped the old roof, replaced damaged plywood, installed venting, and shingled the entire roof completing the job around 6:30PM. They thoroughly cleaned up nails and debris from around the entire house before packing up and leaving. I was absolutely impressed with their endurance, skill, and efficiency. Field managers Kirk and Cayla were very attentive to their team and my observations as they traveled back and forth between two job sites during the entire day !!! I now have a beautiful roof with an efficient ventilation system and a 15 year warranty on a roof that will last 50 years. I am 100% happy with Rhino-Back Roofing !!!! I will highly recommend Rhino-Back Roofing !!! Thank you !
