Never went from here if you want to stay safe!! I rent from them years ago and moved out 3 months later as they lied about testing for lead and everything from the paint to the inner walls and even water were nothing but contaminated, frankly they should be torn down because there is nothing they can do to make them safe for living no matter pretty they are.

The place used to be called Three rows and all the work they did they did for nothing. What happened to the park and the bushes that was around it and all the white fences around the apartments and the street light post . Yall kicked good people out and destroyed the home I used to live at.

I’ve been living at River Mill Village for about 6 years and couldn’t have found a better place to live for my temperament; it’s very quiet by the river and park. Just out of the city but still connected, as i390 is nearby, so I can travel to work with ease and return home to the “Quiet Corner”. Property and Maintenance Management, Christine and Jason, are very well trained and always quick to address any issues that may arise. And property updates to the units is greatly appreciated! I love that it’s pet friendly; Oscar Cat loves it! I’ve had the best neighbor tenants since I moved in—very friendly—A great complex community is being fostered here, safe for families and their pets to live in. Highly recommended. -Bobby

we have been here since 1-1-2015 and we are very pleased. companion animals allowed. place is always being cleaned and cared for. any problems are addressed immediately !! staff is polite and caring. the area is very nice for walking be it with your fur baby or with friends. no pest problems at our place. we also have a handicap equipped apt that works very well for my hubby in his wheelchair. come take a look.

My mom has lived here for approximately 10 years and I have been out here more within the last year taking care of her.
The staff have been accommodating polite and helpful as is the maintenance staff.
The grounds are always well kept.

I have lived here in the village for 15 years, I am so very pleased with my daily living. The manager in the office is very kind hearted and always is thinking of fun things the kids can do for crafts. I have never in all the years here had an issue. If I am in need of a repair maintence is quick to take care of all the issues. Always pleasent no matter what time of day. I highly recommend giving it a chance if you are looking to move.

RiverMill has been absolutely wonderful in all my experiences so far. In the past 35yrs of My residency in the Thompson area I’ve seen this place change many times and since Christine has taken over it has been the best I’ve EVER seen it! I couldn’t wait to get in. She was excellent and so very helpful and prompt in any of my concerns, questions or needs. And maintenance is right on top of things. The very few times I’ve needed some help by the end of the day it was resolved. I am very happy here, and proud this is my home.

I love it I absolutely love it. Great place to live. River flows in the backyard. Small town America feel. Apartment feels like living in your own house individual grill area. Property connected to a beautiful park. Superb Management (CRISTINA) Awesome maintenance (jay)
