Finally made up my mind to do my part to be a part of the Rivian Adventure Team! Perfectly located, an awesome team of Fellow Adventurers who from demo drives to completing deliveries are making this experience a breeze! Special thanks to Matt and Chris who made the process as smooth as possible and extended some flexibility where needed!! By the way it was great to have had a demo drive with Chris about a year back and now, still Chris who walked over the R1S at delivery!! Go Rivian!!

My R1S was 2 months old in February 2024 when I accidently backed into a van at 2 mph. I immediately took my R1S to 2 different Rivian certified collusion centers to get my 2 dents fixed. Both of them warned it would take at least 3 months to get needed body parts. I choice one shop for the work as I felt they were the best. Shop said they would call me when body parts got in. Parts received in July--5 months to get body parts and body work started. Shop called me in September saying work delayed due to additional parts needed due to hidden damage.

Called Rivian Customer Service for the 7th time about the parts problems. They claim to have some parts, but another part is on backorder with no known delivery date. There is no way to contact anyone who knows or can solve my problem at Rivian. Customer Service? gives lip service and wastes my valuable time. Rivian claims they contacted body shop on parts. I talked to body shop yesterday and they said no one from Rivian has contacted them on the missing parts.

A buddy who ordered an R2 is canceling his order for it taking over 9 months to get my body work done. He just bought a Ford Lightning as he knows parts are available.

I like my R1S, but I would not buy another one as Rivian doesn't take care of their customers and replacement parts are totally unavailable. For a $100,000 vehicle one would except outstanding customer service and not the lousy run around I have received.

Rivian: your sales people contact me to buy a new Geration 2 R1S. How about taking back my G1 R1S and giving me a new G2 R1S since there are no G1 parts? For all the heartburn and brain damage you caused me, this is a fair deal.

My wife and I took delivery of our Rivian and it was an awesome experience. Even before we took delivery we were able to test drive an R1T and the rep encouraged us to stop by the Denver service center to check out all of the colors.

Everyone we met with has been knowledgeable and kind, and you can tell they all genuinely love the trucks. We have purchased a Tesla prior and before that had purchased cars at dealerships and the buying experience with Rivian is far and away the best one yet!

I was skeptical of an EV. And still feel somewhat tethered. But for <250 miles, this is the best one you can get and this sales and service center does a great job. Have had a few little things come up that they’ve knocked out quickly. After 14k miles am really impressed with the overall quality. Thank you! Highly recommend.

My wife and I picked up our RS1 yesterday and could not be more pleased. Yes, its been a wait. Place our deposit 3 yrs ago and the entire process is online/digitally but it was fairly easy. Besides it’s an electric SUV what do you expect? Using the SUV is going to have a learning curve but we are excited to learn. Did not know we got a rebate from our electric company for installing level 2 charger (we had this done yesterday as well). Got on the rivian app (basically how you work the car) sent a text about receiving a receipt for the charger and boom they sent it to me. The whole process took 5 minutes.

As far as the wait for the SUV goes it is a brand new company pushed edge of technology. I mean give them a minute trust me they want to sell trucks/suv as much as you want it.

Service center was amazing! Lets face it, everyone hates the inconvenience of dropping off for service no matter the manufacturer. Denver Service center was super communicative and informative, timely and accommodating. The advisors and techs are very kind. They really went out of their way to make sure our R1T was perfect. Great job Denver Service Center and Rivian!

We love our Rivian R1S, but there is a lot of criticism about Rivian service online and in publications. The Denver service center is phenomenal, and is something all these critics should experience. From the first phone call I was fully taken care of: rental car, Uber credit, frequent & thorough communication, 24 hour turnaround, returning the rental car for me, and so much kindness when I came to pick up my car with my two kids. 12 out of 5 stars. Great job Denver team!!

I picked up my limestone R1T today. Dusting was awesome. Mary helped along the way and Bryce was my guide. This was such a different experience. I love driving this amazing machine. Dustin showed me an R1S too. My wife ordered hers a few weeks before my truck. She is so excited too. She is a little angry at me for getting mine first. Lol. Maybe I’ll let her drive it this year sometime. Haha. Thanks everyone.
