Absolutely the best place for your equipment. Local, plenty of options, and staff / owners that go out of their way to help. I have gotten everything from lawn care to snow removal equipment, service is fantastic, and they even lend a hand when you are 24 hours from snow and need help. Five stars is not enough

I stopped in to have my chainsaw that I had purchased from Lowe’s looked at. I had not used it in over a year and it wasn't preforming well when I put it away. A tree fall during a storm and needed to have my saw looked at quick so I could get this tree out of my driveway/lawn.

I wish I had bought it from Rockville Equipment in the first place. Their customer service was great. They quickly looked over my saw, swapped out my chain, and explained a few features about my saw l that I was completely unaware of. They started it up and walked me through the basics of operating and taking care of it like I had bought it from them originally. They made all my concerns go away about the saw. I will be buying any future equipment from them. I highly recommend Rockville Equipment.

Honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I am upset that I did not find them 8 years ago when I started my company. They are fantastic to deal with they are extremely helpful they have walked me through procedures over the phone they also go above and beyond with their customer service. We wish we had started shopping here sooner! Comparable pricing to Home Depot but incomparable customer service. We bought a blower and they explained all the parts, demonstrated how to use it, maintenance required, and even helped with the product registration!
