I am 76 years old, I have been to many garages on my life. Rose Brothers is easily the most trustworthy, thorough, and helpful garage I have ever used. They have worked on my Audi and my Acura, doing major services (100k miles) and addressing a major problem when my car went through very high water and it got into the supercharger. I also have an older Civic with no A/C. Two garages said I needed a total do-over, big bucks. Rose Brothers took the time to really look at it; they found that all it needed was a new switch, (which was not easy to find given the age of the car, but they did). I now have A/C, and money left in my wallet. Most importantly, they are just nice people. No garage is perfect, stuff happens, but I trust that they are doing their best and that they have my best interests at heart. I would give them ten stars if I could.

I went to Rose Brothers based on a recommendation from a family member to get my emissions completed. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out quickly. I will definitely consider going there again in the future for any service needs.

I recently had brand new all weather tires put on my car as well as new brakes. Literally one week to the day of service I received in the mail a coupon. The company put out with multiple savings opportunities including $50 off for new tires and $50 off a brake job.
I called in hopes that they would honor that coupon and I was disappointed to find out that they could not do so. I reminded them that I had referred both of my children. Within the past year, who had purchased new tires for both of their vehicles. The answer was still no. The reply I received was that the coupon was sent out in an attempt to create business in their second location. I politely reminded them that I would remember that next time I needed service.
Until now, I have been very pleased with their service. They are nice people I just thought they were more of a community service who would like to keep their customers. They are conveniently located.
Maybe when my disappointment wears off I will go back but for now… 🤯

Always the best! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and always answer my questions thoroughly and satisfactorily. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Thanks to Rose Bros, my car has nearly 250K, and still runs like a Swiss clock!

So I’ve been going to rose brothers for about 5+ years, always knew they were a bit expensive but didn’t pay any mind to it because the work had to be done at the time. But recently on my 2014 Audi A6 3.0T I had a leak on one of my engine gaskets. Come to find out they use those cheap blue autozone gaskets. 6 months later I have to get it replaced again. Not to mention they tried to say my rack n pinion needs replacing for 4500$, even those mannys imports did a check on it and said it doesn’t need replacing. I could go in there and ask for a refund for my gasket job but honestly not even worth the time anymore. I’ll be going to mannys imports, seems to know more about German vehicles than anyone else around here. Giving them 3 stars because they have helped me out in the past.
