Made an appointment, weeks in advance, they got the appt. Date wrong, when we showed up, they told us it was the previous day. Also , at that point they told me they couldnt install my light bar and brackets and that half their staff didnt show up for work today. If u have stereo needs etc. I suggest shades of competition in anch

Oh my goodness. I just can't say enough great things about these guys. I replaced a stock stereo in my '04 Z71. It was effortless, and I had complete trust in their abilities.
They did a spectacular job, quick and clean installation, and were hugely knowledgeable without being condescending about my own lack of knowledge. They made sure that I had all of the information about all of the parts and pieces needed to do the installation... then they got it done super fast!

Simply put... highly recommended!

installation was not so great but vibration was horrible they tried charging extra for the fix that they should have done in the first place and blamed it on the truck , so I took the truck to 5150 to get fixed , good sound system but work is not so good at all , prefer 5150 audio 100%. “ safe and sound “ need to put better work into installments.

I've had mil multiple vehicles worked on by these guys for multiple reasons. Two cars have had subs installed and most recently I had a Compustar t12 remote start with Drone capability (truck can be started with my phone) installed. Always same day turnaround.

My wife's JL stealth box in her Explorer required me to lock tite the hardware to keep it from falling out of its installed position. I would have liked the amp put in a different place, too, but I didn't have to do most of the work so I can't complain too much.

Prices are definitely marked up on some items like amps and speakers, but they say they'll price match Crutchfield, so there's that.

Overall I'm happy with the service provided and would recommend to folks who want some aftermarket work done to their ride.

Had an appointment scheduled a week out, arrived early & called a cab. 2 hours later they call me saying they were short staffed & could not do the work. I explained that with the return trip I was looking at over $50 in cab fees but no offer to make it right. At the very least, offer to make your customers whole after dropping the ball. As a business owner with over a decade of experience in customer service, this is just bad business.

I have heard so many negative things about this place from locals but my only other option was booking weeks out so I took a chance. Lesson learned, never again.

Edit: a couple of days after posting my review, they called me & offered to reimburse me for my cab fair which I took them up on. Too little too late but something redeeming that I thought worth mentioning.

I’ll give these guys 2 stars because they may do good work but I can’t say for sure because my first experience with them was a bit of a disappointment. I booked roughly a month out for window tinting and was not informed they were out of tinting until I was at the counter 5 minutes before my 9:00 appointment.
