Went here for sushi and it was amazing! We sat at the sushi bar and it was so fun to see the people right there making all of the rolls. The food came out very fast for how busy the restaurant was that night and our waitress was very attentive even when sitting at the sushi bar. Each sushi roll was larger than normal and delicious.

The main thing i like is how open and comfortable the seating is. Relaxed, dim lighting and you don't feel squeezed into the space.

There is a good variety of food options; I highly recommend the Spicy Tuna Bomb. I will say, the basic sushi and sashimi options are a bit pricy, but still very good quality. Better to spend your money on the delectable specialty appetizers and a meal shared between two people.

Service was quick and kind, no complaints there. Will be going back.

I ordered takeout from Sakura Garden for the first time and picked it up from a man named Ivan. When I asked about the white rice being included in the bag, he assured me it was in the bag and even "checked" it before I left. However, the white rice was missing once I got home, and I couldn't even enjoy the meal without it. On top of that, the portions were extremely small for takeout, as the boxes weren't even filled to the top (shown in photo). The mango chicken had a fishy taste and smell, and the regular drunken noodles were flavorless and transparent in color... Given the price I paid, it’s hard to believe how disappointing the experience was. This was probably the worst Japanese food I’ve had honestly. I was really excited about this place as I’ve been to the one in Glastonbury and enjoyed it.

as a sushi lover i would give this place 4/5 stars. the sushi was great, loved the rolls but it was my first time eating sushi with soy paper not nori. tempura was great as well. we also ordered the salmon habachi and it did not disappoint. also the miso soup was great.

I went in for lunch today, right after opening on a Wednesday. The hibachi chef had the best energy of any I have ever seen, and even though there were only two of us at the table he went all out and we had smiles on our faces the whole time. Our server Ivy was also amazing. The food was so good that I couldn't stop myself from eating it long enough to get a picture!! I will definitely be back.

First time I’ve eaten at the new location in Evergreen Walk (near LL Bean) and the inside is beautiful and bright versus the previous location where it was more dark decor. It is a very nice change.

The food is okay. Kani salad prior was shredded imitation crabmeat with spicy mayo and cucumbers on the bottom. This version is with shredded iceberg lettuce which makes it less flavorful and stretching the kani. I prefer the old version.

Calamari salad had great flavor but I wish they cleaned the plate up prior to bringing it out. It is always about the details!

Yaki udon only comes with seafood and is the only version. They used to have protein options of chicken, beef, seafood or just vegetables. This was mediocre at best.
