Ray and his team are fantastic! Started on time, finished early, and all work performed perfectly . This was a big job, replacing two complete HVAC systems plus a water heater, switching over to a boiler (Hydro air) system. They couldn’t have performed any better and they were very nice and friendly guys. I could tell they like their jobs and each other. We had a great time together. Special thanks to everyone: Vinny, Chris, Rich, Chris, and Ray. During the time when it’s become very difficult to find Honest, high quality experts in the workforce, this team proved that it can be done. They were excellent, and I would give them an enthusiastic recommendation. Thanks again for a great experience!

They canceled our appointment for no reason! Terrible customer service! We had made appointment to service our furnace and they ask us two months to show up for the job. Two days before the appointment they sent us a text message informed that they will not be available to do the service. Nobody else in the customer service line could help us to fix the problem or reschedule to any closer day.

Have been with Santa for 2 yrs with auto delivery. Have been 12 hr with no heat or hot water on Christmas Eve, our home is currently 51 degrees. The tank was dry and a delivery and technician was scheduled by 3pm. When I called back to check on the status at 2pm were told they were on the way. The oil delivery arrived 20 min later but the technician has not and te oil burner will not start ( we purchased both tank and burner 9 months ago), my biggest issue is the office closed for the holiday and the 24hr emergency number doesn't pick up. We left our number for a call back and 40 min later did receive a call stating the technician would arrive between by 7pm. Our plans for Christmas Mass and dinner are all on hold while we wait. To be fair, the technicians we have had have been great but if you are on autofill, this should never happen. Addendum, Stanley our technician arrived around 330p. He was wonderful and quickly solved the issue, needing to bleed the lines as the tank had been dry. Happy Holidays and safe home Stanley.

Couldn’t be happier after a recent experience with Santa. Demaris, Our account manager, responded quickly when I emailed her about an issue with our burner. A technician, John, was available the next day. John was fantastic and went way above and beyond what the previous plumbing company did in terms of diagnostic, which consisted of 5 mins of looking around and quoting me a $800 replacement for a few parts. John spent 90 minutes actually testing various components and scenarios to identify a faulty expansion tank. Fantastic service

Your service guys are just lovely. I recently had my gas fireplace serviced and they found a problem the previous person had missed, which fixed a major issue. And they love kitties! I love men who love kitties. They met mine, who is 19 years old and I saw photos of theirs. If they had stayed any longer, I would have adopted them.

This is my first year with Santa. I have been totally impressed with them. Their oil price is considerably less than my previous company, but their service has totally won me over. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called around 6am and their tech was here at 8. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. A total professional!
