Es importante que se haga un poco más de Limpieza, Tanto en la piscina como en las calles, los jardines estan en muy mal estado y hace que el parque se vea Mal!. El Lago esta sin mantenimiento y en las Oficinas nunca hay nadie para información o Reclamos.

ES IMPORTANTE MEJORAR ESTOS PUNTOS para que sea un parque prospero.

They charge over 1k for each disgusting roach filled trailer here
The water is hard and incredibly sulfuric, so it destroys your washing machine etc.

Don't move here unless you have to. And if you have to I am so so sorry ?

Don't move in here! Mobile homes are junk and everything is broken and run down! I went two weeks with no hot water! And then I found mold and mildew which made me sick. This is a typical trashy trailer park.

We were looking into getting a rent to own from this place, I swear it is a scam.... We went to the same park a few years ago when they were selling the places cheap because they were almost beyond repair. As soon as we had the money & we were ready to go to fill out paperwork, suddenly the place was no longer available.... Watch Out, I'm pretty sure they are scamming everyone.....

I am great full to have a roof over my head. That being said

Almost all the windows leak, there is somehow a light in the kitchen that has no off switch (like it’s weird)
Bathtub leaks and 2 sinks leak
Multiple sink holes in the floors and it was filthy when we received it
A lot of the windows are GLUED shut (and still leak)
Enough gap between one of the ac units and the window that bugs get in .
There is trash from previous residents up against the trailer
There is cat urine under one of the sinks
The dead bolt lock on both doors does not work as it is not aligned .
There is no way to vent a dryer and the spigots to the washer are corroded
This is everything

I guess when you are low income you have to get what is given
The rent I pay is WAY too high for what I am given.

To start off its not the residents its the owners.
Maintenance is never informed of the issues in a timely manner and constantly it takes anywhere from 1 week to 5-7 weeks to fix the issues.
Plumbing is absolutely horrible enough to where I refuse to drink water out of the tap unless it's boiled the smell is atrocious.
No one is ever in the office more than 1 hour a day maybe 3 days out of the week if your lucky.
The whole park is completely filled with stray cats and they refuse to do anything about it.
Consistently rude and they've evicted someone for homing an evicted person before due to them not wanting them in their park.
Huge issues they are using it as a money grab instead of actually caring about the residents.
Most of their maintenance crew is not capable of even fixing a door knob.

This place is finally getting better and better.
The trailers that were once falling apart are being bought and remodeled one by one. It’s looking a lot better here. Much of the crime has come to a stop as well as they have weeded out the bad apples. The background check required to be able to live in the park is also a big plus.

Units very run down, damaged and filthy. Heavy musty/mold smell.
I can't comprehend that the establishment can rent these dwellings at such a high price. It is pet friendly MHP, evidenced by the amount of stray cats running all over the park. I would not rent from this MHP and would not recommend to anyone else.
