EDIT: It took about a month in total but I finally have my wife's car back. The first time I got it back they had forgotten to hook up the gas tank cable, so you couldn't open it and it looked like the trunk was put back together by kids, nothing lined up. Additionally they cracked the trunk light causing it to be non-functional. I brought it back in and picked it up today, about a week later, they still didn't get the trunk liner installed properly, when I pointed it out they tried to tell me that's how it was supposed to be. I guess I'll just fix it myself at this point. The only redeeming feature is that We didn't have much out of pocket cost and they finally mostly fixed it. Lisa was very nice and accommodating getting us a courtesy vehicle, that's the only reason this isn't a one star. -Well I still don't have my car back, it's been most of a month. I think I would have had more fun at the affordable crematorium next door.-

I had collision work completed in 2019. At the time, Maher was a Select Center through my insurance carrier. Fast forward, about a year ago I noticed what appeared to be a dent on the side that had been repaired by Maher. I honestly didn't think much about it and it was not so noticable to have repaired-looked like a ball hit the truck. Recently, I was backed into. Took the truck for repairs on the opposite side that had been previously repair. When the bed of the truck was removed, I received a call from the repair center (a different one this time, in a different State). They informed me that the dent was not a dent; but bondo failing from improperly install. I was told the dents had never been hammered out in some areas, parts not replaced, bondo almost 2 inches thick. My current shop told me this is one of the worse repair jobs they had come across. When I called Maher, in attempts to have them work with the current shop on the cost of the repairs, I was told by the Collision manager that they only had a 12 month 12k warranty and would not do anything to remendy this. We supplied photos and pretty good evidence that the work was faulty at best and honestly appeared to be bordering on fraudulant practices. When I spoke with one of the lead maagers for the dealership, he said to me "well the repairs lasted this long, right". To which I responded, no the bondo is collapsing. My insurance company came through and is paying for the repairs to be corrected since they guarantee the repairs for the life of the vehicle. They no longer have Maher as a select collision center and have not for quite a while. I am fortunate that the insurance company came through, otherwise, this would have ended in court. I am disappointed that Maher handled the situation in the manner they did. I would strongly encourage anyone having collision work to read all their reviews and only go to a center that is backed by your insurance carrier.

I have used Maher for the past 7 years to service my 1500 and have spent thousands with them. Service has always been slow but they got it done. I purchase a new 2024 2500 Silverado and brought it in for a warranty issue on the tailgate. Dropped it off on a Thursday and told them I would need it back before the weekend. Called several times the following day with no answer. Decided to stop by and was told the tailgate was taken apart but the tech had to switch to another vehicle. I asked them to put it back together and I would have to bring it in another time. The tailgate came back with scratches on it. The service department told me there is no way they could have scratched it and asked if I wanted to see the preliminary photos they get upon taking possession of the vehicle. I said that would be great and it seemed to annoy them. I was told to wait 20 minutes for the photos. After waiting, I was told that they could not find the photos? It has been several weeks and there has been no follow up or attempt to remedy this issue since then. Be Warned.

I had just had a very disappointing experience in the service department. I had a 2:30 service appointment and arrived earlier (12:30) I understand that I am not the only one trying to get my car serviced however the the process was very discouraging. My car a 2024 Tahoe is having window issues. While I waited for Michael O. to finish up with a client I asked another service advisor if he could check me in and he stated that only Michael can help me. So I waited for him to finish up with his current customer and when he did he jumped in with another customer that was was very frustrating. I would highly recommend not going to this dealership since efficiency is not a top priority. I did purchase a Tahoe a few months back from this dealership and will certainly be looking for another dealership to establish a relationship with.

Such a rip off. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t pay dealership prices no matter what. I knew what was wrong and I had to pay for them to diagnose the problem. wanted to over charge me, The bill would have been over $1600.00 and I found a reputable shop and I bought the part myself where I work at a parts store and paid Only $700 for everything. All to happen before christmas and the lack of care or understanding was horrible. Lesson learned. Luckily I didn’t have to pay what they wanted.

I always request Mike Olski ad my service representative. He is friendly, knowledgeable & knows what service my vehicle needs based on my service history. Maher is the only place I have taken my Corvette for service for the past 11 years & Mike is who I go to for scheduling service.

Five star experience. From the valet reception until the team brought my car to me while checking out, a fast and efficient experience. Has shuttle service if you need to carry on with your day while your car is in service. Clear communication on what services your vehicle will receive. Even the staff who helped me when I was talking to the wrong people was friendly and helpful. I will be trusting my cars service to the team at Maher.
