Due to a refrigerator leak My Home downstairs, den and bathroom got totally damaged from the water. Jake came to my house and really put my mind at ease. He was wonderful. His crew came in and totally took care of the demo and explain the process to me as they went along. This helped me to understand the what they were doing. His crew was phenomenal. They were respectful and one of the kindest group of people that I’ve ever had the opportunity of meeting. They were fast and didn’t leave a stone unturned.They were quiet and had impeccable manners. I trusted them to do a good job which surpassed greatness. I honestly will miss them all thank you Jake and your wonderful crew.

This is a delayed, but sincere review (life gets in the way). My family and I were 8 hours from home when our basement flooded during the August 2024 storm. With over 3’ of standing water and no easy way to get home, we felt helpless. Then we found Jake / Service Master.

Colby, Jake, and the service master team took such good care of us. After we had the basement pumped out, they managed to be here within days and cleaned the basement beautifully. They were communicative, kind, and exceeded our expectations. We came home to a spotless basement. They carefully placed the damaged items exactly where we had discussed in an organized manner.

We trusted them in our home and feel lucky to have had such capable and caring hands cleaning our space while we were away.

There was a septic system main line clog that occurred last week in my home. It caused sewage water to back up in two toilets , main pipe in basement, and the floors of a shower and tub . My plumber suggested calling Service Master. Jake was here very quickly , inspected everything and came up with a plan for remediation. Since then Jake and his crew have visited multiple times , used a moisture meter to measure levels in walls, floors and began mitigation, remediation the following day. Since then , the crew returned 2days ago to check on dehumidifiers and moisture levels. Today the operation was completed successfully! Jake was also very helpful by arriving promptly when I was expecting him, explaining what the insurer needed, and how they operated, and answered all questions . I’m very happy with the high level of service that was provided!
