5/5 stars experience from start to finish! Somebody hit my car and ran while it was parked and did all of the damage seen in the pictures/videos! I heard of Sonny’s Collision Specialists through neighborhood recommendations and also read through the Google reviews and liked what I saw so I decided to come here and take a chance with them. That was the best decision I could have made! Pat that works here is amazing! When I got there he walked me through the entire process and thoroughly explained everything! Very trustworthy and honest! It was truly appreciated! They had the car and did their work and the results speak for themselves! An incredible job was done! Feels like I have a brand new car! I truly appreciate the professionalism, dedication, and care taken with my vehicle. I definitely will be recommending this place when this type of service is needed! Thank you!!!

When you come across car issues you tend to feel alone or helpless. When I walked into Sonny collisions all my worries went away, each and everyone in the office were friendly and welcoming. They even offered me a cup of coffee. I had the pleasure to work with Rob he was awesome. They handled all the communication with my insurance which made for a smooth and stress free experience. My vehicle was done in as quick as 8 days. When my vehicle was ready they gave it a nice clean and hooked me up with Sonny swag like a keychain, mug, and more. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know needing this type of service. I don’t usually leave reviews everywhere I go but when you receive top tier service you have to give the credit where it’s due. Thank you to everyone at Sonny’s!!

I can't say enough about Sonny's, Jimmy, Rob, Pat, & all the office guys & the guys that work on your car. They go above & beyond to make sure your car is fixed & looking great. They not only care about the work that they do, they also care about you. My family & I have used thier services several times in the past. We moved to Pennsylvania 3 &1/2 years ago. Recently I needed my car repaired, because a roofing company doing repairs on a commercial building accidentally damaged my car. I took my car to NY because I trust Sonny's to get the job done right. The work they do making calls to insurance companies & keeping me informed of the progress etc. Sonny's makes sure that your car is getting the proper repairs done, no short cuts. You get genuine parts the right paint & pristine work done. It may take more time then you expected, but believe me it's not because they aren't working. Alot of communication
Is needed, speaking with the insurance companies & adjusters to get the job started. Not always an easy fix getting everyone on the same page. Thanks Sonny's for a job well done as usual!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

I’ve had my license for 15 years, never had an accident, never experienced anything horrific happening to any of my vehicles. Up until now, when my vehicle was crashed while parked. I was frantic and didn’t know where to even begin until I googled collision shops and Sonny’s popped up. The good reviews drew me in and as soon as I made the call to the shop, I felt a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Pat, quite literally held my hand and guided me through each and every step of the process. Pete, the gentleman that towed us was the kindest toward us. No one ever brushed me off or left me needing answers to any of my questions. All the other reviews are speaking the absolute truth. Sonny’s has definitely been a god sent to us! & if anyone needs a collision spot, Sonny’s is definitely the place to go! We appreciate you ALL & can’t thank you you enough for everything! I will definitely be coming back if need be & will definitely recommend you all to family & friends without a doubt!

My car was hit while parked and Sonny's made this stressful situation a joyous one. The customer service is above and beyond. Pat and the rest of the team made sure I was comfortable and happy from start to finish. This was easily THE BEST experience I've had with any auto shop. The work done on the car is beautiful, it looks brand new. If you need any kind of auto body repair do yourself a favor and bring your car to Sonny's.

Truly felt as though I was given a new car back! Sonny’s had made what would normally be a stressful situation, A completely easy on all while feeling as if I was leaving my car in my familes hands. I had to question if they swapped my car for a brand new one due to the way they gave the car back in better shape then it was before the accident! Down to shamping/cleaning the inside of the car
