Mechanics were great from start to finish, going the extra mile to try and restore my hot water as soon as possible. I would recommend this company to family. (Feb 2024)

I would recommend to anyone. Beware of fine print if you finance but it all worked out for us. Very happy overall and glad we had the opportunity to finance. They were great at communicating, very far on the price, quick, installation was a breeze and provided a solid American Standard Condensing Unit.

I had been without heat in the house since 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening. So, first thing Monday morning I started calling around for a service company. I left multiple messages at different local companies until I called South Shore Heating & Cooling. There phone was answered and they were able to provide me with an opening for noon to 2:00 p.m. I was sent a text that they were on their way and they arrived earlier than originally thought. They were able to clean and restart my boiler quickly. I now have heat and I'm very grateful to them. This was all by 1pm! Very professional as well. Cameron even answered many questions I had on new systems. I would highly recommend this crew.

Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. Prompt service. Good price. Had the burner tuned up a week after calling and it’s running 1000% better. The technician, Cooper, was great. Very helpful with suggestions for things to keep an eye on, and recommended other fixes to keep the boiler running smoothly. Great experience all around

We had issues with our forced air heating system on a very cold day, and shoreline came straight away and resolved the issue seamlessly. Not only were they able to properly diagnose the issue and correct the problem, they also went above and beyond and educated us on our hearing system and it’s capabilities that we were unaware of, and recommended solutions.
