Josh Witcher was cool and chill talked with us and kept a conversation going. My baby was very comfortable with him as well. He is amazing did a good job installing the dish and the cord even tho my wall was being difficult. Gave good explanations and suggestions for wifi name and password. He was 100% friendly and approachable.

Tyler Olsen did my install. He was phenomenal. Super nice and cool. Explained thing clearly, including the (Do NOT Touch) reset button. And made sure everything worked very well before leaving.

Was having slow speeds for about 4 months so I opened a ticket. We did some testing and we left it there for the night.
Next day I got a reply from my ticket letting me know the issue was on there side not mine.
About week passed and they did a fix and now I’m getting my packe speed of 150D and 75U.

I had a great experience recently when I needed some maintenance on my tower. I was lucky enough to get Sam as my technician. He was professional, polite, and even took time to pat my over-affectionate dogs. He got right to work and was fast and efficient with his time--and mine. Everything is working perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for such excellent service Sam and SPITwSPOTS!

Called for an upgrade. They had so switch dishes out. Got a call back an hour later saying they had a tech in the area. The technician Andy came out and installed it fast. Technician was great👍. System is having some issues, but the customer service has been great.

Will and Tyler just came to upgrade my equipment!! I’ve had Spit Spots for years, and they are running a New years special where they upgrade you to the extreme if you are on the 150 mps. I have to say that they took very good care of us and made sure everything was working. It was an added bonus that Will is a fellow animal lover and they both made sure my kitties stayed in the house which is much appreciated. My worst day of Spit Spots has been better than my best day at ACS. Thank you!

Raul contacted me by phone and walked me through signing a new contract in order for me to help my mom with her SPTwSPOTS billing account. He was extremely professional, PROFICIENT, friendly and helpful. He was also very PATIENT (it took me a while to get through some things). Also, I have terrible "reception" with my cell phone carrier here in Alaska, so we got cut off during our phone conversation but he promptly called me back & we were able to finish the task of completing the new contract.

I have been in different leadership positions with various organizations and have also worked in various companies that have allowed me to see first hand how important GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE means to a customer in order to keep them HAPPY, SATISFIED and LOYAL. RAUL is definitely one of those employees that provides not good, but GREAT customer service! He comes across as HONEST and sincere in wanting to HELP and service the customer. Hats off to RAUL and the other workers at SPITwSPOTS ! Keep up the GREAT work !!!
