We have used Steamway Restoration twice now and have been pleased with the results. Their communication and scheduling was smooth. Their team cleaned our rental unit’s carpet and upholstery and did a great job! Their equipment is quality and the attention to detail was evident. They removed carpet stains that I could not and left the place looking great. Well worth the money! We will continue to use them to clean our rental units in the future and would definitely trust their services in our own home.

I was so impressed with the quality of work done on our carpets --stairs, hallway, and bedrooms. This was the first time we have had our carpets cleaned (hey -no judging!) and I couldn't believe how clean, fresh and like new they looked once it was finished! Great workers, super friendly staff, and very affordable. Plus, I am a last minute kind of person, and they were able to work me in. Plus, they worked on a wool runner we have and it looked great. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I own a fourplex and needed the carpets cleaned in one of apartments. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was greeted by the most friendly voice! Brandon and another gentlemen came to our house out in Kasilof, AK at 6pm on a Friday night.
I came home to 2 inches of water in the entire basement. They worked until 10 pm getting rid of the carpet and padding. They moved everything and hauled away the trash. I had blowers and heaters in the house for a week. Brandon and his crew would come throughout the week too see how things were drying. See, we don't have heat in the place downstairs, they brought heat to me. I recommend Steamway Restoration, Brandon and his team are friendly, on top of the job and Rebecca in the office is Sweet.

It was obvious that Caleb took his job serious. I just bought a house with 15 year old well used carpets and I'm trying to get another year or two out of them. He took every stain as a personal challenge and did everything he could to make my new to me home more comfortable. Very professional and solid work.
