I would need to hire a lawn care service if not for Sudden Service’s ability to solve my desperate power equipment problems. They are expert troubleshooters who have seen it all. They have all the parts I need in stock to tune up and repair my lawn mowers - e.g., this ignition module that a nesting mouse chewed through! (Bought new spark plugs too.) Also, my purchases are stored in my account, making reorders easy.

Sudden service is great! Always reasonably priced and the service is superior. Very knowledgeable staff and probably the BEST Stihl dealer in the greater Hartford/Tolland area by far. They don't sell cheap "knock off parts" they sell the real OEM part and almost always have it on the shelf. Highly recommended by professionals.

I was a customer for a couple of years bought over 2000 dollars of equipment from them here is the thing had a km 91 r in there four time for carb 3 were cover under warranty the forth time i ended up paying same problem four time and get charged unbelievable, i will take my business somewhere else not happy.

I am thankful for Sudden Service for picking up my snowblower only when they knew they could work on it in a reasonable time frame. And when the work was done making an effort to get it back to me the night before a big storm. That was truly great service! ty!!

I have to give them a poor review because they refused to work on my machine. I have a SnowDog compact which is no bigger than a snow blower with a Briggs and Stratton XR 306cc. They claim to be a Briggs and Stratton service center but refuse to work on a the motor.

I have bought 3 pieces of equipment here in the last 20 years and parts and been very happy with them. My Ariens snow blower needed an ignition coil and I bought it here, it seemed expensive for a coil. Come to find out they sold it to me before tax for $ 58.00 and the exact part is online for $ 36.00. Even with shipping parts are far less online. Its one thing to support local small business and expect to pay a little more for good service and another thing to simply get hosed.
