Been using Superior Comfort for the last 6 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fast, reliable and professional service. Our A/C stopped working last year during one of the hottest days of Summer, and Sal rushed over our home, after hours and fixed it. then called again next day to follow and make sure all was good to go. you don’t find that kind of peace of mind anywhere else!!!

When our central air failed, a friend recommended Superior Comfort. Great recommendation! We called, they came in a reasonable time. Our AC unit is in the attic, not a pleasant work environment in August. Sal and his crew were friendly and efficient (they were like troubleshooting blood hounds). They quickly found the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. Superior Air Conditioning deserve a 5 star rating.

I've used Superior Comfort in the past and they were able to resolve any issue within a reasonable amount of time. However, this last issue left me with a bit of a bad taste. My hvac unit was leaking water. They came out changed the expansion tank and rigged a pvc pipe to divert the water. The only thing was the water was still leaking into the closet. I called them twice to take a look. Sal said that I needed a whole new unit cause there was a crack in a part inside. Sorry I don't know the technical name. Nevermind he knew that I needed to replace the whole unit, he just replaced a part that cost $310 without fixing the real problem. When I asked for recommendations on a new hvac sysem, Sal said i have to do some research and get back to you. That was October 5th, I still haven't heard from any representatives from Superior Comfort. I had no hot water, having medical issues, AND the unit was still leaking. That is why I giving one star.
