Scott was very informative and helpful from first contact through the service call the next business day. He was up front with the expected maintenance, yet also made a point to show me how clean my furnace is despite sub par maintenance intervals. He replaced the expected parts and thoroughly examined my system, verifying and demonstrating via multimeter an additional sensor in need replacement even after I had said just go ahead and replace it. He identified a potential failure, how it may present as well as how I can prevent it (no attempt to add additional services or markup parts). Taylor Home Solutions will be my go to for HVAC maintenance and service moving forward

Scott did some A/C maintenance and boiler repair for my husband and me. Taylor Home Services installed ductless a/c system in our home in June of 2022. Scott said it would take three days but he and his crew finished in two days.
