Really dissaponted service, refuse to fix seat under 2 years warranty. Its premium seats but they even refuse to look at it saying its limited warranty due to wear and tear, but I am pretty sure its not wear and tear its quality issue. Anyway just FYI

This was just so easy and in then out that I can’t help but be pleasantly surprised. Easier than any time I’ve ever had a car fixed and payment was quoted and done through the app. Car was fixed (upper control arm issue) within a few hours and they brought it around.

Overall, the Santa Ana Service Center was a much better experience than my multiple trips to Lake Forest.

Initially, I had my car cameras upgraded for FSD at Lake Forest. When I got the car back it was at the close of day, so I didn't realize, but the front camera system was not working, which disabled several features including emergency breaking. Despite this, I was not able to make an immediate follow-up appointment at Lake Forest.

I ended up rescheduling at Santa Ana. They quickly took care of the issue, and understood exactly why I was frustrated with the situation. The communication was great, and the agent who checked me in (horrible memory and forgot his name), was excellent. He also was a car guy, which might not be valuable to most Tesla owners, but made the experience better for me.

I picked my car up within a couple of hours, with all the of the faulty work from Lake Forest being corrected. It is twice as far to go to this service center, but I will definitely come here in the future rather than Lake Forest.

Great customer service at check in. Poor repair quality. I had to go back twice to the great customer service person to fix multiple problems. Typical Tesla poor customer service. The car was not washed and had left over plastic protection wrap. Worst not a detail repair job report. Was my 12 volt battery replaced?

Work eventually got done for the estimates for cost and time were wrong from the start. I would have thought they would know ahead of time what it takes to replace a rear window but i guess not here. The service center realized a full day after drop off that the center brake light assembly also needed to be replaced. Either they are not competent enough to know what it takes to replace the window ahead of time or they broke the part and needed to charge me for a replacement to cover their mistake. Either option is disappointing.

The service rep was very nice but unable to properly estimate the amount of time needed to do the work. Initial estimate was only one day, then two days, then three days... Seems very disconnected

When I received my car back there were two obvious problems with the vehicle that were the result of the repair. First the seal around the roof was not properly installed and folded under in a way that would have allowed an excessive amount of water in. Second issue was finger prints around the headliner from attaching the glass. This should have been very easy to see given the black adhesive material really stood out on the light interior. Both problem were fixed over the next hour while I waited but this poor quality should never have been rolled out.

More black adhesive has been found inside the truck and passenger carpet but is not noticeable against the black parts of the interior.

I confirmed multiple times they could do the repair on the scheduled day. They had me bring the car in on a Monday at noon just to tell me they didn’t have the part in stock. The issue had already been diagnosed on my delivery day but they couldn’t find the note that was apparently put on my account and now my repair has been pushed out two weeks from now. Super disappointed

Competent work and excellent customer service in a truly terrible location. They replaced my cabin air filter and took care of a minor recall. Took about an hour. They also got rid of a stubborn stain on my driver's seat without me even asking! The waiting room doesn't have a working ice or water cooler. There is nothing nearby to eat, and they don't have snacks or a vending machine.
It's hard to feel safe in the neighborhood if you leave the service center. There are a lot of industrial companies with big trucks coming and going, no sidewalks, and nothing to eat nearby.
I felt like this location was more appropriate for a bargain car repair center not a premium brand like Tesla.
