Pasable. Hasta ahí.
No volvería.
Pros : al estar frente al Resort grande no había ruidos molestos ni música, así que pudimos descansar perfectamente.
El baño está hecho a nuevo.
La habitación matrimonial es espaciosa.
Contras : no tiene cocina como figura en las fotos.
Si son 4 el lugar queda muy muy incómodo por lo chico del living.
Hay micro hormigas en el todo el lugar.
La playa está muy concurrida y ocupada con sombrillas y reposeras de los hoteles.

El ambiente es confuso, no genera mucha confianza de dejar tus cosas en algun lugar, la recepcion no es tan formal. No lo recomiendo, menos para familias o personas que quieran descansar y dormir. Tiene una terraza en el ultimo piso con buena vista, pero realizan muchas fiestas y con musica fuerte.

Habíamos reservado una habitación para 5 personas y nos dieron una cama doble, donde tuvimos que dormir 3 personas y un sofá cama, donde durmieron otras 2.

I stayed for five nights during Thanksgiving week. The property was in good condition, and the room with the full kitchen was very nice, comfortable, and clean. TVs were in good working order with decent selection, and included internet was decent quality. Staff was friendly, and the presence of security gave some peace of mind. A couple of the restaurants on property were only open hit and miss, including a bar with pizza I wanted to try (was only open first day and never reopened rest of week). Location is very convenient with beach directly across the street. Very close to Times Square. Would have liked to have a gym, but jogging the sidewalks outdoors and resistance bands filled the gap for the week. Only small complaint would be the property selling parking spaces to the public, which once resulted in me temporarily having no place to park when I returned from grocery shopping. They did quickly find me a space, but property should be more aware of this. Recommend using Walmart only 10 minutes away instead of grocery shopping on the island - you will pay about 25% more. I have also never been a fan of a resort fee. It was disclosed and I knew about it, so that wasn't the issue. I would just rather they state the price all up front, instead of trying to make the room seem cheaper on booking sites. I would stay here again.

Terrible advertising. Room is much smaller than advertised, much trashier than advertised. Also not beachfront, our room was across the road from the actual resort? Confused me cause they advertised and charged the same as the rooms overlooking the ocean and all were looking at is construction outside our room starting at 6 am everyday. Requested room service to have our bed made and our trash taken out and they only brought us towel. Called and been to the lobby 3 times today and still can’t seem to get anything done about it! Would not come here again! And would not recommend!

Loved the balcony, view and the amenities of the main hotel. We basically slept and showered there. Our room had tiny bugs around the bathroom sink and all over the kitchen area. There was a dust pan and broom in the corner with a pile of hair that somebody left from a hair cut. It was a nonsmoking room but you could smell somebody smoking through the ventilation and the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed or cleaned in a year! Very displeased with our stay. Would not recommend it and I hope they step up their cleaning !!!

We stayed one night. It was good overall. I would definitely recommend the bay inn for anyone wanting a quieter environment (in lieu of the main hotel) but with all the amenities of being next to the beach, etchings . The place was clean. TBH, I was a bit afraid of bed bugs given other reviews but we checked the place out before bringing anything in and it was clean. Mattresses had zippered covers. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. Interior is dated. But we were at the beach the whole day. Fine for a short stay.

Did a 3 night stay in a Queen suite. Room was clean and maybe a bit dated but comfortable for the most part. The value for the price was there. If you are expecting the Ritz you are in the wrong place. This is part of the bigger hotel across the street so the Beach was awesome, The bars were great and reasonably priced and there was plenty to do. It is conveniently located to everything. I upgraded my rental car in anticipation of having to drive everywhere. Parked it when we got there and never had to move it again. Everything was within walking distance and the surrounding beachfront eateries were stellar. Did the bed squeak? Yes but wasn't horrible. The overall experience was great for us.
