Went in a few months back. They have poor communication with the front office. I told them what was wrong with my bus, they didnt even check what i mentioned. They ended up checking something completely different and ended up charging me for it. I was told by the lady on the phone that they wont charge for inspection as well. They couldn't even give me a timeline to of when they could fix my car or price. They charged me for something I didn't even ask for. Would not recommend.

Good and bad…so 3 stars!
Office workers need customer service skills… literally were yelling at me, talking derogatory to me, treated me like a child. Very catty and lots of attitude! Then they refused to come take my payment for work done and someone else had to come take the payment. -1 star 🚫
Shop workers that actually changed our tires out on our travel trailer were absolutely amazing and did a great job! They fixed an issue we didn’t know we were having. Highly recommend the the work they did. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
*Not sure how many bad customer service reviews they are going to get before they fix the problem but treating customers in a very derogatory manner is not wise.

Was in a pinch and needed tires and a couple wheels fast. These guys worked with me exceeded my deadline and got me on the road quickly. A pleasantly rare experience with a shop that really seems to care about their customer. No other shop on the peninsula was willing to put in extra effort to track down something to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable and I will defiantly be doing business with them again.

This place was awesome, my husband and I had are snow tires put on for a great price. The receptionist could use some work on her customer service skills maybe at least smile. Other than that the guys in the shop were super friendly. We're definitely going back to get our summer tires put on. Thanks guys.

I was a long-time customer of Alyeska tire, but these guys have won me over. In my first time dealing with them they found me an unusual tire size that no one else could and beat the price i was expecting by quite a bit. This time they studded some tires for me for a price that made me glad I didn't spend the time to do it myself. They have the courtesy and customer care of a mom and pop shop, but the competence and professionalism of a respectable chain. I'll be back.

Paid for a service that was not performed. Brought our truck in to get aligned. They put it on the alignment rack and then couldn't get the adjustment bolts loose. So, they pulled it off of the rack and said they were unable to align it, and then charged full price for an alignment. Never doing business with them again and would strongly recommend you spend your hard earned money else where.

Had my wife take her truck here to get tires mounted and balanced because I was at work on the slope. They stripped one of the wheel studs and tried saying it wasn't them, well I had recently replaced the wheel studs and hand tightened the brand new lug nuts to the rim before torquing them to factory spec. No one had touched them since and they tried saying it was cross threaded and put on with an air gun. Then she specifically asked them to mount the tires with the red dot lined up with the valve stem instead of the yellow dot because that was what the manufacturer recommended. Instead they decided because she was a woman that she didn't know what she was talking about and mounted them how they wanted to. She then proceeded to call me while she was still in the shop with them. I told them to sell me a new lug nut and put it on the stud and I would replace it again when I got home from work in a few days since they refused to fix their mistake. They said they would not charge for the lug nut and put it on. When she got the truck back there was no lug nut. They were very unprofessional talking to her while I was on the phone and could hear everything. I highly do not recommend this place if you are a woman or plan to send your wife to get work done while you are not able to do it yourself.
