I love this store- Walter is great, he’s upbeat, positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and prices are very fair. He takes the time to find a bike that suits your needs and ensures a custom fit. After we purchased our bikes from him we went back for a bike rack.
Walter installed on my car and showed me how to install and deinstall the rack. He was patient with all my questions.
A great small business owner who puts customer satisfaction over sales! We love this place, highly recommend!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Walter was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. My husband and I knew very little about electric bikes and he steared us in the right direction without trying to oversell us. We love both of the bikes and he even hooked up when I used bike rack so we can take our news toys all over New England. As an added bonus, he services bikes as well so if we ever run into an issue, I feel comfortable knowing someone can help us.

I brought my two teenagers’ bikes in today, each with a flat tire. They took them right back, replaced the inner tube on one and unkinked the inner tube on the other before inflating them. I was so impressed with the speed and friendliness of service. Also so affordable! I am so thankful to have this business in town.

Not a nice man. Constantly being negative. Everything is a negative with the person who works there. Not going back. Buy your bikes elsewhere. Just negative. Not even possible to be that negative. How? Unfortunate that its him in that bike shop. I never see customers there. Perhaps his business is online. But give your money to more deserving people who are positive.
