Thomas 4 Construction is currently (almost complete), building our dream home. We cannot say enough how much WE love our home. When we started the process they said that it would take about 6 months, and we can say even with the storms we had at the end of last year, they have nailed the time frame.

We chose them due to comfortable conversations with Merritt, he made us feel at ease. It was a difficult decision as we lived in North Ga., and not knowing his Company and what to expect (being so far away). We would choose them over and over again. After we broke ground we were introduced to Dalton (Project Manager). He stood by us the whole time, probably even when he was unsure about our vision (we had them build a non-typical Florida home). He has made sure that we have been happy every step of the way. The communication that Dalton has provided is top notch, he makes us feel important and heard.

Thomas 4 Construction; I would like to start with the company’s lead architect and designer Dalton Peltier. Dalton ensured the project stayed on schedule, he displayed creative imagination, provided valuable insight and excels in creative thinking and problem solving! One clever and imaginative thinker. I hired Thomas 4 Construction to remodel my master bathroom and then added backsplash, sink to the kitchen. Changed all the faucets throughout my home, toilets, rebuilt one of my decks. Merritt Thomas, has a great team and I “love” what they have done to my home. Merritt Thomas is a charismatic leader, is able to quickly create rapport and as a retired Marine, I can truly say Thomas 4 Construction strives for perfection and meets precise standards! I will always call this company when I need anything done to my home! Thank you so very much guys for serving our community.

We contracted with Thomas 4 Construction and dealt exclusively with Merritt Thomas for the total remodel of our master bathroom. We couldn't be more please with the end result. We expanded our "galley" bathroom by taking 2 feet from our large his 'n hers closets and created a new wall. This expansion enabled us to have a walk-in shower plus provide overall more room in the bathroom. Gone is the confined feeling of the narrow (in depth) bathroom. Merritt works with excellent subcontractors. All of them (demolition, new wall construction, dry wall, tile, painting, electric, plumbing, etc.) are without a doubt among the best in our area. They were all diligent workers, came in - did their job - and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We highly recommend Thomas 4 Construction for any remodeling job you may have in mind.
