Amazing service! Our furnace died this morning. I called at 7:50, they arrived by 8:20! The techs were knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. 10 stars wouldn’t be enough!!

I want to convey my greatest appreciation to the Thomaston team: Richard, Danny, Scott and Lisa G.. They were dedicated, personable, kind and patient throughout the big project we had done this summer changing our old HVAC out to 10 tons of heat pumps. Now, 6 months out I can tell you they did a remarkable job, with an intricate project in a big house, both the heating and cooling works much better than it did with our archaic oil heat and a/c. They have been super responsive even when minor issues came up and corrected them quickly. I would highly recommend them, and for the record their quote came in at 35% less than Encon! Great value.

From the minute they entered my home, they displayed extreme sincerity and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill installing my mini split AC unit. I had a minor concern and it was addressed by Kevin and Danny! I highly recommend this company as they hire true professionals and take customer service very seriously! FIVE STARS!

Tech Tom B. (Super hero without a cape!) was not only extremely knowledgeable of the products, but very kind and personable. He took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of my unit which is priceless information. I am truly thankful for Thomaston Comfort Control and their front office personnel. The price was affordable and reasonable, given that the issue was caused by my negligence. The service was expeditious and Tom made sure to clean up/respect the property. One of the best services I've received in a very long time! Highly recommend, especially if you're in a pinch.

Tom B. The "Residential Hero" came out today to save the day once again 🙌 👏. Expeditious arrival to assess a leak which was fixed within 30 minutes or less. Despite the financial inconvenience, I've gained significant confidence with learning my furnace "service language" 😄. Thanks, Tom & team for all of your help. Hopefully, I will only require annual upkeep services going forward.

Had 3 visits in a week after heat went out. 1) Main control blinking green, would not reset. New control didn't work. Didn't have another Tech left with both controls. 2) determined main control wasn't damaged, oil pump was. Didnt have part. 3) replaced pump and motor a few days after visit.had to call and remind them.
Here we are week later with the same problem, new motor blinking and no heat. Another after hours call. Use your own discretion about using them

I have a highly efficient gas boiler that is very high tech. I installed it myself 12 years ago and nobody could service it at the time so I had to educate myself. I had an issue recently and needed some help so I called the boiler manufacture that gave me this companies name. They sent out a young tech named Matt. He was awesome... a great communicator and very skilled at what he did. He listened to what I had to say and listened more. An awesome human being. Boiler is running great again. Thank You Matt!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason was the technician in response to an emergency furnace repair. It's Saturday after 12pm so parts stores are closed. Jason hunted down the needed replacement part, installed it and the furnace is running. Jason was efficient, knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to get my furnace running as soon as possible. I highly recommend Jason and this business.
