Absolutely excellent experience here my car had some coolant issues. Ken and Eric pulled it right in and took care of it!!! Very reputable in my opinion I overheard them on the phone talking to a customer about try this before you spend money companies don't do that anymore!!! It's nice to see your business willing to help its Community to fix problems instead of bring it in and you end up getting charged for things that aren't even wrong. Just wanted to say thank you to Ken and Eric entire country for helping me get my car back on the road!!!!! I will definitely see you guys again at Tire country when I have more issues with the vehicle!!!

Very honest true reliable shop in area. They never let me down. Always willing to take on last minuet customers and at a fair price unlike other tire gougers that rake up the price the day before a snow storm. I will continue to do business with them and I recommend you give them a chance. You wont be disappointed 👍

LADIES!!! TIRE COUNTRY WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU OR DECEIVE YOU!! It is so hard to find a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy and will not try to sell you into something you don't need. Tire Country is trustworthy and I would recommend everyone to them, but especially women who may be not as knowledgeable about cars like me and fear being taken advantage of. My family has been going to Ken for decades for auto repair and maintenance. They are great!

Tire country is a very good business . they are very proffesional ,and gave me great service . I needed a new rim because the crooks a tire maxx on rt. 5 in enfield bent one of my rims . Tire country had the rim that I needed and it was in stock . Ill never go anywhere else for service from now on.

My friend who is a 70+ year old woman recently purchased purchased 4 new tires from Tire Country of Enfield. After a day one of the tires went flat and got damaged because the shop didn’t also replace the old & dry cracked tire valve stem which is standard procedure when replacing tires. The owner of the shop was extremely rude & vulgar to her son who was trying to resolve the issue for her because she was unsure what to do. The shop did not resolve the issue and now she will have to go buy a new tire and have the valve stem’s replaced at a shop that will perform the task properly. To sum it up this shop is a ripoff that won’t stand behind their own work.

*AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS*
My mother brought her car to Tire Country of Enfield this past Tuesday to purchase 4 new tires for her car. The following day one of the tires went almost flat and damaged the sidewall of the tire. After inspection of the new tires I found that the rubber valve stem’s weren’t replaced when the new tires were mounted and balanced. My mother then called the shop and was told that valve stems are good for the life of the car. Anyone who knows anything about tires knows that this is simply not true and valve stem’s should be replaced each time tires are replaced on older vehicles without tire pressure monitors. When I addressed this issue with the shop I was told I was wrong and didn’t know what I’m talking about. The manager then proceeded to start making insults and swearing at me saying he’s been replacing tires for 60 years and doesn’t replace rubber valve stem’s with new tire installation’s as it isn’t necessary. He then proceeded to try and charge to repair what was caused by his negligence. Long story short my elderly mother is now out a tire and will need to purchase a new one. The car will be going to a reputable shop now to have all 4 valve stem’s and one new tire replaced. Very dishonest business practices and trying to take advantage of elderly woman who didn’t know better. Beware of this shop and dishonest staff that uses shady practices.

I have been a customer of Tire Country for years. My family brings all our vehicles there. The quality of work is outstanding and much more cost effective then going to a dealership. I believe in supporting local small businesses so we have quality choices for all our services.
