My brother sent me to Tony’s to fix a bend on the rim of one of my tires. Tony Sr. answered my calls ahead of time and helped me find their new location. His son looked at the tire and let me know what he could do for the time being, but that I did need to replace the tire eventually (rim bent from inside). Only charged me to balance the tires, no charge for fixing the rim the best he could. No pushy sales, no talking down to me because I was a female and ‘it’s assumed I don’t know anything’, and very welcoming spot. I definitely will use them again and suggest their business to anyone in the valley!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after four trips here for 4 separate alignments, I feel like I need to share my experience.

The shop itself is decent, and the team is friendly, but unfortunately, every time I went, my steering wheel was still off-center. And not once did they think to have a different person perform it, or even road test it. I drove an hour each way hoping the issue would be fixed, but it wasn’t.

I understand mistakes happen, but after four attempts, it’s hard to believe it’s just bad luck. Alignments are a basic service, and I expected better results from a tire & wheel shop.

I visited the tire shop to have my vehicle’s alignment performed. Unfortunately, a bent part prevented me from completing the service on the day of my visit. I returned the next day after the part was repaired, and Anthony was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking assistance. They are both reliable and knowledgeable. The alignment service was reasonably priced, and they offered additional services that I found beneficial. Compared to other tire shops, this is the only one I’ll be patronizing in the future.

12/26/24 2005 honda pilot. We found a flat tire, so my son called around for a shop to fix.. everyone was No! So he called Tony's in waterbury, spoke to Anthony. He said come down. So i was concern sending my young son to a shop.. he could be tooken advantage. But NOT AT TONY'S. He was respected, and car tire repaired..( no pressure to buy a new tire or upsale) just fixed it.. No Charge!!! My son called me very happy. So i told my son this is GOOD PEOPLE!!! So i called TONY'S (Anthony) and since my sons car needed tires,anyway. I ordered 4 New Blackhawk tires for installation.. What i liked is TONY'S did NOT UPSALE, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY young Son. Or charge a crazy price to fix a flat tire.. He felt comfortable to go back. And i can tell you not many shops would i want my son to go too without, an older person!!! So go to TONY'S in waterbury. He is new tire shop location, been in waterbury many yrs and they have good people . I will update : after new tires are installed for balance on tires and good tires dates...etc.. try them! Update: 12/2024 had tires mounted and could not be happier.. had to wait awhile but will return to Tony's if need tires.. good people 👍 happy New Year 2025

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop after a sudden flat, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! Not only did they fix my tire quickly, but the staff was also incredibly friendly and made sure I was back on the road safely in no time. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire services. A well-deserved 5 stars for amazing work and even more amazing people!

I had a small leak in one of my tires. Found Tony's on Google so popped in on my lunch break. I was greeted right away. They took my car right into the back. Waiting area was clean. I barely had time to finish my sandwich and they were done. I was in and out in 5 minutes. All the employees were extremely nice. This is exactly the type of business that you want to support!

Best in Waterbury Wolcott area hands down they beat any price and are locally owned and operated they support local suppliers and are a great family business.
