I lived at Traditions since it opened in 2016. We went through 10 on-site managers. This allowed for many details to not be handled in a timely manner. (Some were not even known by name.) Approximately two years ago the current on-site manager came. Things became more friendly, paperwork compliance became routine, more of a community atmosphere was established. If you want to join in activities you are welcome, if other responsibilities/preferences don't find you joining in, no pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed the "open door" policy of the manager. Concerns became dealt with, explained, with a common-sense compassion. Maintenance was a priority and very efficiently, professionally handled. Why did I leave? After my retirement, I could no longer afford living in the Englewood area and needed to relocate to a less costly area.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 plus years now! While it took us a little while to get adjusted after leaving our townhouse it has been a really good experience. I have helped to expand the puzzle room and then did the crafts room. My husband has gone to the pool room and made friends with some of the other guys and goes outside to get fresh air and visit. He is the local newspaper guy and delivers the newspapers to the people who have bought the subscription. We help with the share foodstuffs and occasionally he helps with the large screen tv for sporting events. The people are friendly and helpful once they get to know you. We have Arapahoe County workers if you are 60 and above! Our manager and management team are great people who can assist you with anything almost. We have Birthday Parties and usually a potluck once a month! If you haven’t already booked an appointment then please hop on board and come take a visit with an amazing place and group of people! Looking forward to seeing you soon and we will have a good time meeting you! The Traditions At Englewood is the best place to live and make friends!!

I just moved in and the staff and residents have been so welcoming! The staff has gone above and beyond to make my move easy and the social gatherings hosted by the staff have been so nice to get to meet people. The apartment is top notch and common areas are kept so nice and clean.

We love coming to visit mom in her apartment she is very happy here we really enjoy looking at the decor in the hallways for the holidays when she does get out of the apartment she enjoys mingling in the front with neighbors.

I love my south-facing windows —so bright and cheery. The floor plan is great use of the open spaces. I also enjoy the friendships I’ve made here. Also the location is great with the grocery store next door.

I moved in 1 1/2 years ago and I don't want to move out. My apartment is ideal! I've made good friends and have joined activities (movies, games, library, etc ) that are offered.
The staff are friendly and respond to your needs quickly. The building is safe and there's a locked garage for your car below the building.
The location is ideal for walking to the grocery store, restaurants, banks, library, etc. There's also a free trolley that provides transportation from the building.
Set up an appointment to tour the building. You'll agree with me! 😀

I love living here at Traditions at Englewood! My one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for my cat and me, and I love the amenities that come with it. My own washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a balcony, a large pantry, a huge walk-in shower, are just some of the things that I love about my apartment. Rusty, the maintenance man is awesome! He comes almost immediately to fix any problem I might have. The management staff is friendly and helpful. Fun social functions. I have never had a problem with my neighbors or noise. I feel totally safe here. I don’t ever wanna live anywhere else!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Rusty’s attention to what needs to be fixed. I put in a request for repair on a closet door that wouldn’t close. He fixed that and noticed a faucet that was dripping and fixed that, also. We are very fortunate to have him.
