Professional and and very responsive team; especially with urgent issue needing heat fixed before sanding and staining wood floors. Lenny personally called my contractor to discuss and worked his magic to receive parts within a couple of days vs waiting weeks for this back order. Joshua clearly explained in detail their Lifetime Comfort Club plan for heating/cooling, which I signed up for. He made it easy to understand his emails because he used a different color font for his answers to each of my questions, plus always willing to listen when I called him with more questions. Chris was the tech who fixed the broken unit and after explaining everything that happened, I greatly appreciated his specific findings in writing.

He was so friendly!) for helping us at the end to get it going!

Had their service for heating work on both floors as we had almost no heating on the first floor and none on the second floor. Paid for the consultation fee and a part that cost $500.00, total about $700. We continued not having any heating on the second floor. Called the company and mentioned it, and made clear that would not want to pay for another house call since we still had no heating on the second floor. The same technician came today (few days after the installation of the new part) and said “there was air that could have gotten in the pipe that was cutting off heating going on the second floor”. We mentioned that was still part of the same job, therefore should not have to pay for another house call (plus another $200 fee to “extract the air from the pipe” (?) That means it be about an extra $400, to address the issue that should have been addressed on the first or second visit. Of course we disagreed and disputed this additional charge!

Overall, dealing with Tri-City has been a satisfying experience. Whenever we’ve had an emergency with our fridge, they’ve made every effort to accommodate us at the earliest time possible. The technician they’ve sent, Tommy, has been very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews, but I figured I will do it this one time since I have such a great experience with this company from initial contact till final installation. The sales agent ended up being the actual owner of the company, which he great to work with. He informed me of all the options I had, and what he thought was best for my current situation. He was extremely professional and courteous. and went above, and beyond by helping me, fill out all the applications and forms that needed to be submitted in order for this to happen. From start to finish he was very transparent, which I can appreciate a lot after all of this was done. He made sure to follow up with me at least twice a week until a appointment for install was initiated after that I was transferred to a lady call Marissa if I am not mistaken she is assistant manager to installs, she was a pleasure to speak with was very informed and help me through setting up installation dates availability and also payment options. On the day of install, the mechanics showed on time were also very polite and courteous. They started work right away the lead tech Alex. Made a complete walk-through of the home to make sure nothing has changed. He was extremely detail, oriented and professional. He will take his time with every little thing. I am myself being a trades man followed him around for a little bit just to see the quality of work he was doing, and I will have to say this guy takes extreme pride in his work. He is a perfectionist! he considers best place for functionality, and also the aesthetics into account ,all the detail and crucial part of the installation, he took on himself with perfection.I was also impressed with the synergy his team had …a apprentice by the name of Daniel, was Ahead of the game everytime the lead tech would move to another position everything was already prepare for him he had great work ethic, and was extremely energetic. While all of this was happening inside, there was also a team of two outside working nonstop to get the job done. My home is made out of brick, and they were very careful with drilling and preparing the outside equipment to be connected to the inside.
Easton was the apprentice that took charge in the outside He also had a knack for paying attention to detail, and making sure that his job was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. not to make this review too long, everything turned out to be perfect all the systems work flawlessly . And I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Oh, and I forgot to mention there customer Service reps are also very polite and courteous especially a rep by the name of chrystalene.

1st - $179.00 service call fee.
2nd - Technician was supposed to provide a quote before beginning the work. He did not. He completed the work winterizing a 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom Cape Cod and charged me $728.50. When I advocated for myself he called the office and dropped the price to $622. Things resolved by them reversing the winterization and charging me the $179 ($190 plus tax) service charge.

Austyn was efficient, polite and helpful both times he came to the house. Only met Chris briefly but he was also.
And knowledgeable about the repair. It ended up taking less time and fewer dollars than quoted. Very good service!

BAD DRIVERS! Had a guy nearly run me off the road this morning in a School zone in West Haven, 7:15am. Maybe teach your guys how to drive.
UPDATED TO ADD, it appears two of the owners are leaving their own company 5 star reviews. Fraudulent much?
