Absolutely the best HVAC business in the area. I've used Tyler over the years here and there. So do my parents. I do most of the maintenance myself. However one Sunday our furnace completely stopped working. It was beyond my expertise. Come to find out the combustion chamber fell apart internally. Of course we were in the middle of one of the coldest weeks of the year. Temperatures at night in the teens. Two days later we had a new furnace installed and heat! It was that quick! Vincent and his crew were a great bunch of guys. Very professional and courteous. The pricing was very reasonable. The communication, friendless of phone call representatives and up to date technology was a bonus. Thank you Tyler and crew.

I just had a new Furnace installed to convert from Oil over to Gas - Tyler was awesome every step of the way. Kurt talked me through everything and how it was going to go step by step. The Tech's that came out, Fred and Pat were fantastic. They both were able to explain things to me while they were working on it and did not mind me asking questions.

Having lost my heat on a Friday afternoon and no effort to fix it after 5 days by a company I was a customer of for 20 yrs, I called Tyler based on reviews and recommendations from my condo complex. I had to replace my 30-year-old, non-functional air conditioning unit. After receiving several estimates from various companies, I decided on Tyler Heating and Cooling. Kurt walked me through several different options and clearly explained all the pros and cons of installing different systems (air conditioning and heat pumps). I decided to install a heat pump. Two of Tyler's installers, Pat and Fred, came out early in the morning and removed the old unit and installed the new units. They worked very well, clean and professional. They answered all my questions clearly, and since my installation required a bit more unexpected stuff - they stayed at my house until 10 p.m., so I didn't have to take another day off work. My HVAC system looks impeccable. Pat and Fred's attention to detail really stands out.
I had many questions about heat pumps prior to installation and General Manager Donald answered all of them immediately. Cinda – the installation coordinator – provided me with all the necessary documents regarding the Eversource rebate and tax credit.
Tyler Heating and Cooling has a great team. They provided excellent work and great quality. I'm really happy I chose Tyler. I highly recommend this company.

From the quote to the scheduling to the follow up Tyler was responsible and professional.

I would have written a new review but I didn't figure out how to do that. But it has been 7 months since a major install. We have a very complex system. Three zones and alternate heat pump and gas backup heat When the cold weather hit we had some issues withe the zones and alternate heat. Tyler came out twice to diagnose and fine tune the system. They came out quickly and never charged as it was a new system. They stood by their work. A trait all good companies should have.

Total professionals. Transparent and honest in an industry that is many times the opposite.  I talked with their competitors to replace my obsolete aircondioning system, including my current company, and Tyler is absolutely another level. They are the most skilled and knowledgeable in the area. The General Manager, Donald, understood and patiently explained in detail what needed to be done and provided a reasonable price and schedule to do the job. The others are "posers" compared to Tyler.  Donald was always available to answer questions and flexible to configure the job according to my requirements.  They are not the usual "cookie cutter" operation that only wants to do what is most convenient and profitable for them; even if it's not the best solution for you. They identified options and improvements to make my entire system and installation more efficient and cost-effective.  Many of the options were things you would figure out later, after it was too late and say, "Why didn't they identify and suggest it?" Their approach is all about "how can I help provide you with the right solution to reach your objective and what is best for your situation."

Their entire team working on my project starting with the General Manager, Donald who followed the project from configuration to completion and the installation crew and scheduling staff: Vinny, Noah, Chris Brandon and Cinda were super knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. Even while they were already on the job, they were attentive and focused to respond to my questions and requests for adjustments without making me feel uncomfortable.  They explained exactly what they were doing and why, and I had the confidence that it was being done correctly.
