As a homeowner of 25 years I have had my experiences with all sorts of contractors and workers. UConn Fence, a small family-owned company is one of the best I have ever worked with. I hired them for two jobs- deer/pool fence and Belgium block in my driveway. Both times the work was done by the husband plus two coworkers, an incredibly hard working team with immense experience and willingness to provide you with the best possible experience. They couldn’t be nicer and more respectful of you and your property. For the fence we went back and forth in the planning stage over what fence, posts, or gates, and they went above and beyond to work with me. I wanted something “invisible” but no glorified chicken wire. Our property is anything but flat with lots of rock ledge. And yet, they were able to get the materials in, cement all the 80+ posts and built a beautiful fence. In the photos you’ll see how hard it is to even see the fence. And Gezim, the owner knows everything about pool codes. He made sure all the gates, the fence itself was pool compliant. Second job was masonry and the result was simply beautiful. Their pricing is very competitive, and again, never had a team that worked harder than they did. 1If you need fence work or masonry, look no further.

Excellent fence repair (to deal with a large chain link fence crushed by a tree). This company doesn't waste your time with excessively high quotes, the pricing is fair and reasonable, and they do very nice work. Communication exchanges were swift and accurate, the work was efficient and accomplished on time. On top of this, some extra assistance was given to me with a wonky gate, which I really appreciated.

Not only do I absolutely love the fence BUT the amount of communication was superior. I had so so so many questions and concerns. They answered ALL of them in a detailed, professional and kind manner. The fencing was also completed very fast EVEN with last minute modifications I made. Very happy I chose them to work with and would recommend them to anyone.
