They’re great to work with. Very responsive and professional. They’ve installed a new boiler furnace for a good price and have maintained it and the existing inside hot water heaters. When the oil tank needed replacing, they were out the next day. Very happy with Vachon’s Heating.

As a busy local real estate broker, I love to be able to pick up the phone and call Vachon's to come to a clients home and help with an HVAC need. I recently had a client have a new furnace installed by Vachon's to list their home to sell. After install, while the sellers were away, the home lost power and pipes froze and burst. As soon as I saw this, I called Vachon's and they were there within the hour to stop the water and prevent further damage, and replaced 25 pipes and helped with so much more for my clients while away on vacation. They really are a stand up crew and they do great work.

Being new to the area, Vachon’s came highly recommended by locals. Great local family company to do business with. From the initial call to set up an appointment to any other issues they were fast to respond to calls and calls for service. We were able to get an appointment rather quickly to have dual mini-splits installed in our home. The installation was very clean. When we had questions about the use of the Haier mini split (since owners manuals tend to be non-existent these days), Mike was happy to come out and give us a refresher course on the use. They have great customer service as well. Highly recommend them.
