We have been customers of Bantam Fuel, now Valiant, for almost 65 years. Recently we had our standby generator serviced and had to replace the Mobil link transmitter replaced. Vinny B, the technician came out and performed the service. He is knowledgeable, professional and most courteous. When Vinny returned to install the part, and install a whole house surge protector, he found that the part was defective (after spending an hour on the phone with Mobil link) when we couldn't get it to connect properly. This defect was no fault of Vinny's and he went out of his way to keep us in the loop. A new part was ordered and will be installed. Vinny is a fabulous representative for Valiant. Valiant has grown so much, with so many home services now available but it's their service technicians that deserve all the credit. They service our burner, water heater, ac, generator etc...and all the techs are great. Vinny gets a 5 star A+ rating!

Karl Trella and Romeo were at my house today for a home energy solution. They are quite remarkable guys! Karl got into my attic, which I had never been inside of in my 54 years of living here, through an 11 inch wide opening. I think he must have a mouse ancestor to be able to squeeze in there. I still don't know how he did it! Romeo did a fantastic job of sealing my cellar door, and so much more that I don't understand, but he sure did it! Not to mention how very friendly they were, and also explained everything to me, as well as answered all my questions, some of were kind of silly, but they didn't think so. Kindness and friendliness at its best. I would welcome them back anytime.

Josh R and Romeo came to our house for an energy assessment today. They were awesome! They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient as they feel did my mini questions. They took several measures to seal our property, including installing weatherstripping on all exterior doors and insulating parts of the attic and basement. They provided an unbelievable amount of value both in the work they did in the information they provided before just a $75 co-pay. I was shocked by how affordable insulating my attic with our 49 blown in insulation will be. it was a no-brainer to move forward with. I strongly recommend Valiant Energy Solutions!
