We just had a heat pump and air flow unit replaced. The job was done within one day by a very professional,knowledgeable, and courteous crew. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Valley to anyone who needs this type of work.

At 8:00 last night we realized we had no heat. We called Valley and they called right back. They sent Luke, their tech who arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to see if they had the part.

They did, he came back and installed it and we were back in business by 10:30. You could not ask for better service. Thanks Al and Judi

We just had our AC replaced and I can't say enough about Valley Air Conditioning and Heating. They worked with us for the estimate. The installation went very smoothly and the install crew were great to work with. Not sure what more you can ask for in an HVAC company.

After 4 estimates for replacement of a AC unit, Valley Air was par with one other for lowest price. The team were very pleasant, and so easy to have them working in the house. Everyone in the company was responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. I've had the system running for 3 days now during this hot spell and am pleased with its efficiency. So far, an A+ experience.

I am not one to post negative reviews but I am hoping that what I experienced will be discussed at Valley and won't happen to others. I called two weeks ago because our AC unit stopped working. A family member working in commercial hvac came and suggested talking to an electrician. An electrician said that the amperage coming in and going out was off, and the system should be looked at. I called Valley, told them this was an emergency with two small children at home, and they told me that the earliest they could come was in two weeks and scheduled a date. I asked, too, to. be put my on the waitlist in case something earlier came up. (This was said after shaming me that we did not use them to do annual maintenance.) The day of our appointment came, and I called after the time window they scheduled had passed. I called and was told that no appointment had been made and I was not on a waitlist. I was then gaslighted, the person on the phone saying I must have talked to another company, though I know I spoke to the same company that installed our Trane. Following the call, I checked my phone record and confirmed that I did in fact call the same number weeks ago. I mentioned my disappointment and did not even received an apology. Very dissatisfied with the response after they clearly dropped the ball.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting our central air put in. The men that worked on our house were very respectful, courteous, clean and very informative at the end of how to run the system. The owner was also very responsive and tended to our needs as soon as possible making us comfortable and very satisfied with the whole process, start to end. Rich and his crew installed a split level ductless AC/ heating unit for our home in April 2022. They were efficient, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. After a few months I noticed cracking in the cladlite pad that the heating pump rests on. I contacted Rich and within short order he had a crew come out and replace the pad with a new one at no additional cost. This dedication to providing quality service and taking care of customers leads me to write this review recommending Rich and his team at Valley Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone in the market for the services they offer. Great company!
