Valley Heating has serviced my heating and cooling needs since I moved in 12 years ago. In all those years I have received tremendous service and have never had any complaints. Two days ago they installed a new furnace and a new hot water heater. It was an extremely professional job. It took only 4 hours including clean-up. The cost was reasonable and everyone in the group was highly professional. I highly recommend Valley for your heating and cooling needs and it pays to use highly competent local providers instead of large national companies.

Valley came in at a very reasonable price and was incredibly professional. They installed our furnace and it came out great(even swept the bulkhead before they left), both guys were very knowledgeable. A tech came out the next day and was also very nice and knew his stuff. Very happy with this company

We were in search of a heat pump system to replace our oil burner and aging A/C units. We received quotes from a few air to air heat pump installers, but everything required oil backup (or electric resistance backup). Tom Rekowski came to give us a proposal and suggested we go with a geothermal system. It made sense.
This is a big project, and did take a while from conception to completion. Drillers are hard to find, and eventually some came down from NH(!). Once the ground loop was ready, the project moved inside. There were parts delays, of course, something out of the hands of Valley Heating and Cooling. They kept us informed about every step.
The installation of the interior piping was literally artistic. The work was incredibly precise and professional. The cutover occurred during the winter, and there was no noticeable interruption in the heat supply. Now the system is up and working almost flawlessly. We needed a couple adjustments here and there, but they were minor.
So two things: I suggest you invest in a system like this, because it is quiet, efficient, and environmentally friendly. And I suggest you call Valley Heating & Cooling for the work.
I almost neglected to mention: everybody on the various crews who assisted with the project was friendly and professional. we enjoyed working with them, and also with Tom. There was never even the tiniest mess left behind.
I cannot recommend this company more highly!

They were great the lady called me right back set up the appointment right away. I told them I have kids in the house and my furnace wasn't working at all it was throwing off codes. There was oil all over the floor. I had called at least 10 places none of them called me back I went all weekend with no furnace. They sent a guy out couple hours later he was great he was polite I had several problems he explained them all to me fixed them all. He cleaned up all the oil didn't look like anything had spill I highly recommend them I was so stressed out and overwhelmed the lady was amazing the gentleman that came to the house was amazing I would recommend them to anyone they get five stars from me

This company is professional and friendly. They came out, looked at the furnace/boiler told me what needed to be done. The the repair man cleaned the system and said he would call back as soon as a replacement part came into the shop. He called, came out, and installed the part. Then we setup a yearly maintenance appointment. The repair man arrived with mask and gloves. Was particularly careful in all that he did. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW CAREFUL HE WAS. Just shows the kind of business he represents.

My oil burner decided to quit at 10:30 p.m. during an ice storm. The owner of Valley Heating & Cooling came out right away - even though I was new to the area and not previously a customer. I especially appreciate that, while the fuel pump ultimately needed to be replaced, he tried less-expensive fixes first. I found the quality, value, and professionalism of service to be the very best. Valley Heating & Cooling now has me as a customer for life, and I will highly recommend them at every opportunity.

Had them come over and give us a quote for Mini Split cooling system. Tom the owner was great. He went all over the house, inside and out. Did some measuring, and told us he'd go back and give us some numbers.
We called him back to get a quote on a Heat Pump Hot Water heater.
The Quote with the Rebates were a no brainier.
Zack & Pete showed up to do the install. They were great people !!!!! Very knowledgeable and personable. During the install for one of the mini splits, the was a problem for routing the lines and drain through our bedroom. They came up with a suggestion to change out the wall mount up high with floor mount on a different wall to access inside the porch roof to help hide the lines. Great idea !!!!! Saved having to look at the in a closet.
They were absolutely awesome. We love the cooling system. Best way to go !!!!!!
We love the new water heater too, no more wasting oil the maintain hot water. Efficiency is key today !!!!
