I was very pleased on the work performed on my car. The staff advise were very helpful and Courteous. After the car was repaired, the detailed work that was performed both inside and outside of the car was excellent. It looked like a brand new car. Thank you all for your work. Much appreciated.

I want to give the world's biggest shoutout to VIVE
Collision of Thomaston!!! If I could give an indefinite amount of stars, oh god I so would!!
My poor car-within the 9 months I have had her, she had been hit THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. & this last time getting hit, the person who hit my car took off and unfortunately is going to get away with it.
this past time that my car was hit, there was an insane amount of damage done. I truly would ve thought my poor girl would ve been totaled.
I brought my girl to Vive, and not only was everyone absolutely amazing, but my car literally looks BRAND FREAKIN NEW!!!! The detail that went into fixing up my babygirl real good, was absolutely impeccable. I was speechless when I saw it, and on the brink of tears.
When they handed me my keys back, they told me that that also detailed my interior. That was not expected at all, but just like they fixed my car, the interior was absolutely beautiful and I just couldn't believe it.
If you guys ever need car work, PLEASE GO TO VIVE COLLISION OF THOMASTON. They truly took care of my car, as well as myself and my boyfriend. I couldn't ask for a better experience and they all went above and beyond. Thank you Vive Collision. You truly made me smile so big. I am forever grateful for you all.🥹🥹🥹

I took my Audi A6 there for a minor front fender repair, they cut off my fender in stead of unbolting it which was definitely not necessary , when i told them the cost of repair was to high i would live with the small dent , they wanted to charge me for a whole new fender. I asked who would pay for the new fender they wanted me to pay 100% . When i said that was unexceptable because it was there fault for cutting it off making it impossible to reinstall. They wanted me to sign a waiver relieving them of any responsibility of the work done on my vehicle while there for an estimate. I refused to sign the waiver contract, because I wanted to keep my right to make a claim against them for the damage they did to my fender. I showed up to Pay My Bill and collect my car, even though they refuse to put it back together. they kept my car hostage until I was willing to sign the waiver for well over three months. They would not give me my vehicle back until I signed a waiver to hold them harmless for any damage. They may have caused my vehicle while it was in their care even though I was willing to pay my bill in full and take my car the way it was, not even reassembled. The manager at this facility was not easy to work with. I would strongly recommend you seek another facility to have work done on your vehicle. They made no attempt to rectify the situation or to compensate me in anyway for the damage they did to my vehicle while it was in their possession Over a very very bad experience, and I have heard several other nightmare stories about this location since my bad experience

Very professional. Very fast. Very courteous. Russ and the staff at Gravel's were accommodating and efficient. My car was returned in what I consider a minimal amount of time. They worked with Enterprise to be sure I had a rental there when I dropped off my car. I hope I do not need a body shop in the future but if I do, Gravel's is where I will go. Thank you to the entire staff.

Wish I could leave 0stars! Left this car for one issue after an accident… got it back with a dying car. This place is ridiculously unprofessional… if I could post an audio clip you will be surprised the car won’t even start now. Had an additional attitude and lied after confronting the individual. I will never come back here. Thanks. For cosmetics it’s okay but risky situation.

Brought my 2018 subaru crosstrek to be fixed after and accident. Worked with Jill and she was fantastic to work with. She even helped me work out a situation with my insurance company. If ever I need a body shop again I will definitely be calling then. Thank you.
